A fantastic trick not alot of people use is if its ever too crowded, just ask to reserve one of the conference rooms. You get your own private area and dont have to deal with the crush of people.
That once a year entry policy by Chase seems pretty draconian for no good reason. Who are they trying to keep out? Guess I’ll find out in about a year when I upgrade to the Sapphire Reserve.

Just treat it as a normal priority pass lounge. So normal priority pass access policy depending in which credit card u use to give which priority pass access account. So u need to check with ur bank and ur priority pass account.
Amex will not add the Non-US cards to the guest exclusion policy, their annual fees and qualifying requirement is absurdly high compared to its western counterparts, this risks alienating the true cash cow in Asia. Perhaps shifting to the location occupied previously by CX The Bridge lounge would certainly help.
Usually when bank wanna debut their new lounge, they really should make a blast, and chase did well for this lounge...its getting quite busy now also though, not far away from amex

Trying to keep it from getting too full like a lot of Centurion Lounges
The asian amex platinum are usually way harder to acquire than US counterpart. Therefore they might not be so eager to devalue the lounge access.

The Chase Lounge took over the old Plaza Premium lounge location. Looks better managed by Chase.

Both lounges the foods are not great. Yes, the drinks are much better at the AMX lounge .
