@@AmaliaFreanirae I agree. It should be banned entirely, and is mostly just left over from the last century when it was common. If it helps, I know some of the states that have the law on the books still don't fully allow it. Alabama, for instance, allows it on paper for the state but most of the individual counties have made it very difficult to do so, and require a blood test before the wedding.
Both should be legal everywhere.
