@SugarBean is my favorite recipe for making artistic French macarons. I am still experimenting with oven settings as her temps and times don't work with my home oven. I'm still getting hollows and the bottoms are still wet, so I'm planning to increase the temp.
Recipe: yields ~24 sandwiches
Egg Whites - 120g
Sugar - 112g
Almond Flour - 140g
Powdered Sugar - 125g
250F shell drying after switching off, 3 mins door cracked
290F bake for 14 minutes, closed door
3 min oven shower, door cracked
