    I know there are different types of this expanding foam, the Closed-Cell and the Open-Cell. The difference is in the thickness, and the fact that the bubble inside are filled with air or with a gas. You could check that too to improve the process, I believe the Closed Cell will give a better result

      Unfortunately I didn't film that process. I started with a MK2 grenade 3d design and basically made a negative of it in tinkercad then adding the various other features like the tabs for alignment and the spouts for the foam injection and expansion. Hopefully that description helps a little bit!
