I have arthritis in the right side of my neck, C 3-5 which is very painful. So far nothing has helped, I've done PT and PRP and I do your neck exercise, chin to shoulder. Thanks for all your work
Sorry to hear about your pain. You might find some of the information in my Neck Playlist to be helpful - studio.ua-cam.com/users/playlistPL1rO7vW04HUCvA6iO0eR-DHGdi7m5v9Ez/videos
Thank you for this video! I have not this ball for pelvic exercise, but I did with small ball. In 2024, if God will, I would like more videos about back and neck pain... Happy new year to you!!!
It amazes me how the human body, is so much smarter than the humans that inhabit them. As I am about to start my 66th year, I appreciate how many (inner) wrinkles I've managed to iron out before they became completely unmanageable, allowing me to become healthier each and every year. Thank you for all that you do... showing and educating us on the rest buttons. Best to you and yours in the New Year🎉.
I would like to see exercises to help with a swollen knee that I twisted while I was getting out of a car. An X-ray reveals no broken bones, and I can do most activities pain-free, but I can’t do the child’s pose. I had fluid removed one time, and it came back very quickly. I was told I have osteoarthritis, but if there were exercises to help with this problem, I would be very disciplined about doing them. (I’ve done some exercises to help with a meniscus tear and while I was able to do them with no trouble at all, the knee swelling persists. I welcome your help.

Pelvic organ prolapse is a complex topic. The presentation (symptoms) can vary depending which organ(s) are affected. There are many different causes and the treatment will depend on what caused issue in the first place.
Thank you for the feedback! Sorry about that. I explain & demonstrate that same technique in greater detail in this video: ua-cam.com/video/obZxSl4L1lg/v-deo.html
great video. what you reckon psychosomatic effect of closed palm? There's a saying not to trust people who walk with closed palms, as they tend to be liars and withholding. back pain, constipation: yeah these all disappeared when I started working with my pelvic floor , originally with yoga, but then semen retention. then i had a car crash and a year later got an inguinal hernia. I sometimes wonder if I got that from clenching teh pelvic floor too much, psoas imbalance, BUT im still learning about fascia, connective tissues and musculature, os i'll prob neg that.
Thanks Jimmy! I've never looked into the effects of closed palm but you've sparked my interest. It's great that you were able to resolve so many problems by working on your pelvic floor.
The update video is coming soon. I've already had my post-procedure MRI and I am scheduled to review the findings with the treating doctor in next week. Stay tuned!
You need to address the issue of possible pelvic floor weakness or damage, which leads to POP (I've forgotten the words!) in women, where the organs protrude due to weakness there. And what about bunions? The foot muscles seem to be overstretched already.
You're absolutely right, Connie. Pelvic floor dysfunction is a complicated subject and there is not a one size fits all solution. I have several videos on that topic including this one that does a deep dive - ua-cam.com/video/Yle5i4ViTKs/v-deo.html And for bunions, I would recommend watching this - ua-cam.com/video/NJHc2GVy2aI/v-deo.html
It's prolapse. The Cooch ball should work on that as well (2nd exercise of the video). My friend has prolapse as well, she started to use the Cooch ball, 3 minutes per day when she wakes up (as the organs are still on place after sleeping). She reported major improvements using the ball after 2 months, now she has more good days than bad ones (incontinence improved and there are already days when the organs stay in place). This ball has special material, a simple ball will not work the same as the Cooch ball.
Thanks so much. These are great! Question: I yanked one of my toes pretty hard a few years ago and there is a wider than normal space between it and the next toe. Is there anything I can do to restore/rehab the area?
For 2024... I have heard you speak of "watching a show" with your wife in your interview with Dr. Chestnut. Given that Americans sit way too much (I am sure you do not!) I am curious if there is a certain type of furniture you recommend, or maybe a certain way of sitting, when you are relaxing for possibly as long as a show or movie? Also, do you have a max amount of time that you recommend in a given day for that sort of sitting? I am currently working to not sit too much in my occupation, but sometimes would like to also relax a while away from the computer before bed and watch a little entertainment.
Thanks for the tip@@margomalik181! Which of the exercises in this video seem too hard for you? I'm asking so I can present the information better in the future.

Hump in the neck, widow's hump.
Love how clear & detailed Dr. Yoni is. Easy to follow understand. 👏✨

Thank you!
You're most welcome, Mary!
My Mr Spikey ball doesn't have a middle just dropped an avocado pip on the floor which I may use for the latter exercise! Thanks Dr Yoni.
That's a very creative solution. Bravo, Janice!

You didn't mention pelvic prolapse as one of the pelvic floor dysfunctions. It is not curble, but can be managed very well. Partly a postural issue.

I couldn't really see WHERE you placed the ball for the pelvic floor exercise. I wish you could have either showed a side view or else a diagram..

The thumb really needs it! I have arthritis in the base of the thumb!
I'm so glad this video was helpful for you, Mary!

You're very welcome! In situations like the one you describe, strengthening exercises for the intrinsic muscles of the foot are often helpful.
Posterior longitudinal ligament, please
Thanks Susan! It's a good suggestion!
At 6:00 is this technique only men?
No, not at all! This video talks more about that: ua-cam.com/video/Yle5i4ViTKs/v-deo.html

Thanks for commenting, Richard.
This would be an interesting topic for a future video - I'm adding it to my list.
Happy New Year!
#2 is the taint. Much shorter explanation.
Very succinct. Thanks for the feedback!
You look like Tristan Tate if he was 45 yrs old, not 35 :D.
Um... Thanks
this guy makes it difficult. too technical and hard to follow man
Thank you for your feedback. May I ask which part of the video was too technical or hard to follow?
@@painfixprotocol some of the exercises seem hard to do or alittle too technical. more simple catches your attention.
Thanks for the tip@@margomalik181! Which of the exercises in this video seem too hard for you? I'm asking so I can present the information better in the future.
@@margomalik181I completely disagree.
