I know my comments are a bit too late Megha, but I came across this recepe when I was searching for a mango dessert recepe WITHOUT addition of SUGAR and the very first thing I liked was your choice of Dates as a Substitute to Sugar. I always look out for such openings and generally I advice in my comments to avoid using Sugar.
Your presentation was simple without any hazzles and instigated me to try out this dessert.
I prepared this Mango Ice Cream yesterday ie 21stJuly2023 and followed your demo ditto. Really it has turned out so very well and tasty. My family liked it so much and their Comments were Unanimous "Yummy Yummy".

I tried this and it crystalized for my case. Any suggestions how I could avoid
Try adding more cashew less water and cover the lid properly
Also you can churn it once more to make it creamy
@@KrazzyForHealth I added more than 30 cashews, 10 dates and two mangoes. May be I didn't cover the bowl when I was soaking them or not sure if the water was more.

@@prabhjotmatta5924 you have to cover the final icecream mixture, and if it has crystallized then take the ice cream out and grind it again then freeze

Hi. Made this ice cream today. My ice cream is not as yellow as yours. Was it because of the type of dates? I used Mejdool dates. Pls advise.

@@anantsky yes...icy and not creamy at all.. won't make again. If we use banana as a base , icecream turns out creamy. Tried that as well for pista icecream and chocolate
