The second one looks like he was carrying a bucket for forest fire fighting. Looks like a pilot induced oscillations or some type of disturbance caused the bucket to sway side to side. And the way the helicopter was moving caused the oscillating to increase until it went over the top and gravity plus the momentum of the bucket caused it to hit the rotor. I hope it was an RC.
Apparently the heli rotor system is very complex requiring years of material science, metallurgy, mechanics, fluid dynamics, study just to grasp its working let alone manufacture and run it
