I am in Arkansas and looking to have a metal building installed. will need the area prepped, trees cleared, and it has a slight pitch, the ground at least, so would need to look at that to get options on the foundation/concrete stuff. looking for a 30x60 sized building. do you all service Arkansas?

How much would it cost me to just purchase the full kit and shipped to my land no labor?
We do not provide this type of service but you may be able to purchase a building kit. Make sure to check with your builder if they are able to take care of the shipping since most companies do not include it. Otherwise, you may need to arrange shipping by yourselves.
Do you install buildings in Florida?

Since we have not worked in Florida we do not have much insight into companies. I've gone ahead and done a bit of research and these are the companies with good reviews in FL.

I also live in Florida and would love to get this exact building, minus the stem wall. I love the notch you guys do on the concrete edge. Any change of getting the basic plans? So its about $33.65 a sq ft for the building and $12.50 a sq ft for the concrete.
That is pretty accurate for this specific project!
Dirt is still cheap, moving it is what cost so much.

It is cheaper - this is why we state we are not the cheapest option. We build all I beam structures. This is for strength, codes, quality, etc. This is our focus at WolfSteel.
Sometimes our plans do have post frame on certain parts of the building.

Call Bax Steel in Baxley GA. They manufacture red iron buildings right there, and they are great people to deal with.

@@wolfsteelbuildings I should withdraw my comment. To be fair, I just noticed the title does NOT suggest giving any ideas of cost but just factors affecting it. I had expected some examples of buildings erected and their cost, along with an explanation or comparison between them. Comparing the job costs and pointing out factors affecting it was what I had expected. I expected too much and should not have made the comment.
