Just returned home to Denmark after 2 weeks in Hardangerfjord. We had a wonderful time seeing all the places in your video. We got very lucky in that we had perfect weather. Nothing but sun and warm weather and little rain. We made some friends with the locals in Odda and traveled extensively in the region. We rented a cottage in Kysnesstranda and plan to return next year. 🇧🇻❤️🌟
@@DylanBrianVlogs the only place it really rained while were there was.... Bergen 😂 other than that only some morning rain that didn't spoil our days. It was very warm when we went to the Morelle festival in Lofthus about 24C. We were very surprised about how intense the sun is in Norway. My husband and our German friends that we travelled with got sunburned but, nothing serious. Make sure the next time you're in Odda, check out Café Verket. It's a new place with a tasty menu opened by some super nice people we made friends with. 🇧🇻
Since yesterday, I watched some of your videos about Iceland and Norway because about month ago I started fascinating about Northern Lights and about Arctic Regions despite I will never go there because I get very sick and very high fever from extreme cold temperatures. Nevertheless, I enjoyed watching your videos due its beyond beautiful nature because I love so much nature that gives Peaceful Mind. Your UA-cam vlogs are amazing with excellent background music! Your UA-cam Channel deserves much more viewers and much more subscribers because it is very educative!
Your videos of Norway are awesome! I'm planning a trip to Norway. I see your response that you booked with sixt rental company with booking. In the last video you said that the flight was cancelled because of the strike. What airport did you guys arrive and depart from? As for the rental car did you leave it in Lofoten and fly back to OSLO or how did you do that? My plan is driving all the way from Oslo airport through everything up the map & then getting to Lofoten & taking a returning flight back to California from OSLO.
thank you :) We arrived at Oslo Airport and rented a car there and pretty much had the car for the entire time (including in Lofoten where we took a ferry with a car) and then we were supposed to return our car in Oslo but we called the rental company after we learned about our flight cancellation and kept it for 3 more days in Norway and returned back to Oslo. It is also much cheaper if you return car to the same destination. Hope that helps or let us know if any other questions. Have a great trip!
Great vlog! First one I’ve seen with some different aspects of Norway. About how much driving was involved for this 3 day venture? How was your car rental experience? What type of shoes do you recommend? We don’t intend to do much hiking. Keep up your vlogging style. It’s casual, easy to follow, and keeps my attention. You have a new subscriber.
Thank you so much 😊 we rented with Sixt rental company via Booking.com and we had no issues at all, it was very easy and as far as tolls and ferries, they were just charged to our car so we didn't have to worry about that as well. We drove around 6-8 hours daily sometimes so it was not a relaxing kind of a trip :) we suggest to plan more days if you prefer to drive less daily. As far as shoes, we had water proof shoes due to lots of rain in Norway so we recommend it if you're not afraid of walking during the rain :) Hope that helps!
we didn't have to get international DL, our US driving license was accepted but maybe check with the car rental company to make sure before you book. Hope you have a great trip 😊
it's pretty easy to take the ferry, we didn't know much about it before as well but when you drive and get to the road where you need to take the ferry, you just drive right into the line for the cars and wait for the next available ferry which usually doesn't take long at all, we only waited mostly about 5-10 minutes. Hope that helps and have a great trip 😊
@Dylan & Brian Vlogs it almost completely helps my worry is ferry run times I'm going to be 36 days in total in norway and I worry that the ferrys only run in the morning or something along those lines and the only reason I have that worry is because in Google maps it shows that most run 1 or 2 times in the morning I don't know how accurate that is
@@jona777dedios not sure if Google maps has all the ferries including their times and if some roads are less frequent so it might have less ferries but we drove from Oslo to Bergen via Flam and Bergen to Geiranger to Alesund (Atlantic Ocean drive) and then Trondheim to Bodo so we were all over Norway and had to take couple of ferris during the day without any problems.
@Dylan & Brian Vlogs it makes sense I appreciate the first hand info just a Lil worried sense it is my first time over there and some stops I have planned time wise Is a bit tight but I should be fine then I appreciate it a lot just subbed to you 😁
How do y’all get over drone anxiety 😅 always feel like I’m gonna bother somebody with the noise but curious to know if there’s nice spots to take off/land where it won’t cause others any issues?
Anytime we see a spot we want to fly at or some kind of attraction, if possible we normally go away a little bit to a more secluded area to not bother anyone.
All your videos have such a vibrant color as if they were 3 D‘s. Really enjoy them! Good job! Thanks!!!
Thank you 😊
Also just read you guys are 2 years apart and I have two little (2&4) who are 21 months apart. Hope they stay close like you two!
Majestic yet mystifying endless beauty ❤
A joyful enjoyable celebration
thank you 😊
Norway is high on our list for sure! Thanks for sharing!

Here because of ragnarok 😅
Same here!
Do I need to hold international driving license to drive before I land in Norway or I can get the driving license there

Staying here for 2 days to do the trolltunga hike and I have a question about car ferrys if you can help me with
