I love LCIF proven naman talaga yan. Dahil magkakaroon din ng desiplina sa pagkain. Easy to follow and enjoyable pa. Araw araw lagi akong nag eexplore ng ibat ibang recipe masarap naman sya. Tulad ng zuccini lasagna, gumawa din ako fried rice with shrimp pero cauliflower ang gamit ko nag explore din ako ng dessert yung low carb chees cake then low carb ice cream. I started aug 12 from 160lbs now 130 lbs na lang ako ideal weight ko sa height ko 105 lbs. Kaya im inspired na ituloy tuloy ang LCIF. 👍😄

LCIF practinioner here for 3 months now.. from 83 kgs to 62 kgs which is my maintaining weight now.. Low carb is sustainable way of eating. Maybe the nutritionist should do Low carb way of eating as well. The food that she was suggesting is not good.
Aw akala ko she all take fry food meat and eggs, na takot ako bigla ksi mukhang ung HEART naman ata ang aapektuhan naman Sa Bosh niya but seems like she eat fruits that is a good combination keep going and congrats for the change
Bakit pinag pipilitan ng mga nutritionist ang carbs? Especially refined/white carbs such as white rice and bread eh proven na nga na masama, nakaka highblood at taas ng sugar
Ang kulit nung Nutritionist ...hwag nyu na palitan ang diet nmin.Ginawa na nmin yan di rin effective ..taas pa bp ko..naniniwala ako sa knin nakakahighblood at iba pang carbs

Correction po, hindi po low carb HIGH PROTEIN ang pinopromote sa LCIF PH. Tinururuan pa kami dun na huwag matakot sa TABA. Hindi po maganda ang high protein diet.

That food they are showing..thats not good in the long run. Kelangan mas marami ang gulay and the meat shd not always be fried. For those who absolutely do not want to eat rice, eat cauliflower rice. Boil and mash the cauliflower and use that as your rice. Or quinoa, couscous as substitute.
So she is on Ketogenic diet...high on fat, protein and low carbs. Not good...in the longterm. The key here is moderation lalo na sa fats my golly barado na ang arteries mo.

FYI: I have watched several documetaries literatutes with scientific evidences, I have watched several MDs interviews, I have watched some webinars. i have met patients who loved to eat fats. I have met vegetarian patients etc etc. This is what I know based on what I have read, reaearched and watched so God bless..✌️
Carbs is sugar, fructose is a hidden sugar of fruits, it doesnt makes sense when it comes to lowcarb way of eating. Carbs is bad, carbs is non-essential its nothing but a delicious poison.
