  • Sa intermittent fasting, maaari mong lantakan ang mga paborito mong pagkain pero limitado lamang ang oras ng pagkonsumo mo sa mga ito. Epektibo raw ito para sa mga nakasubok, pero ligtas nga ba na gawin ito ng mga may balak magpapayat?

    I'm pescatarian, and I've been observing intermittent fasting for 2 weeks now, the results are indeed astonishing. I've lost a total of 6 kilos during that time period. I exercised, drank pure green tea (no additives), drank a least 3 liters of water a day, refrained from eating sugary foods, refrained from eating junk foods, and slept at least 8 hours a day.

      Paano yung kanin?? ilang cup ng rice ang kinakain mo pag nagbebreak ka ng fasting??

      @@deanjelbertaustria6174 1 cup lang din po. Hindi po kasi ako nagrice noon. Itinigil ko na po yan last month. Overall po I lost 25 kilos (from 100 kilos to 75 kilos).
      Reminder lang po na huwag i-push yung sarili niyo ng sobra. Muntik na po ako ma-ospital kasi bukod sa intermittent fasting, nagwater fast din po ako (hindi kumakain ng kahit ano, tubig lang). Be safe po and God bless!
      PS: Kapag nagbobody build po kayo, pescatarian diet isn't recommendable kasi kailangan mo ng protein. Ketogenic kapag ganyan po.

      @@deanjelbertaustria6174 Mas maganda po kung sasamahan niyo ng green tea sa hapon, pagkatapos niyong kumain ng huling beses para sa araw na iyon. Ang pag-ino, rin po ng mainit-init na tubig na may isa o dalawang kalamansi sa umaga ay nakakatulong po na ma-cleanse you bituka niyo. At ang kape naman po nakakatulong daw ito sa pagtanggal ng mga taba sa mga parte ng katawan na hindi gaanong nawawalan ng taba.

    Im doing one meal a day

    52 yrs old na ako. 22 hrs a day ang fasting ko. duting my fasting hours meron pa akong lakas maglakad ng 12kms (walk-commute to work) at sa breaktime ko sa work may lakas pa akong mag jogging ng 5kms at paguwi ko ng bahay bago ako kumain, nag gy gym muna ako ng 45 mins. Iba talaga kapag adapted na ang katawan mo as a fat-burning machine instead of carb-burning.146lbs - 5'6" height - 16% body fat

    This is effective my starting weight was 70 kilos now currently 56.75 kilo because of Intermittent fasting. It will be hard at first but eventually you'll get used to it don't give up !

    nag start ako nb 16:8 then 18:6 umabot 20 hrs fasting ko at ngayon omad na ako..yeaheee i did it sana tuloy tuloy na to hindi na ako nakakaramdam ng gutom..

    Effective po talaga ang IF. I started last April 15, 2020 in 82 klos and after 4 months I've lost 16 klos. Hindi rin ako masyadong nagwoworkout pero nag cut lang ako sa rice at paminsan minsan na lang yung mga sweets. Thank you KMJS dahil napanuod ko to nung quarantine. 👏😊

      Kunware ang una kung kain ay at 11am tas ang last ko ay at 5pm, pwede bang kumain kunware nagutom ka ng 2or3 ng hapon tas kain ulit sa 5pm? Pero fasting na pagkatapos?? Tnx

      Jhay - Pwedi ka pa ring kumain kasi kasama pa yan sa eating window mo. Ang mahalaga after 5pm hanggnag 11am huwag ka nang kumain ng kahit na anu, tubig na lang ang iinumin mo. Kasi between 5pm and 11am ay ang fasting window mo. Ang mahalaga ay yong kain mo ng hapunan at ang agahan mo sa sumunod na araw ay at least 12 hours na walang kang kinain in between.

      update : after 1 month I lost 6 kilos without exercise since busy sa work..but yeah! super effective niya . tomorrow I will start jogging para a masmabilis na result. 67kg now, my goal is 50 kg aja!

    Napakaimportante po kung ano ang kakaini after fasting maliban sa kung ilang oras ka nag fast... para di mag spike ang blood sugar... dapat sana low carb at hindi sugary foods.

    Effective talaga to. Actually pang 2nd week ko pa lang. Pero ramdam ko na nagbabawas na ako. 9am-12pm lang ang kain ko. 2nd meal ko is coffee and biscuit lang. Once lang ako nagheavy meal. 4liters of water consume ko sa isang araw. Tapos iwas talaga sa mga sweets. Ayun lang. Kaya ko to. Hahaha

    My IF plan is 16 : 8 . My first meal starts either at 12noon or at 1pm and my last meal of he day is at 7:50pm because it is not allowed to eat at 8pm .
    I eat twice a day whenever i have my gym training but once a day whenever i don‘t have a gym training .
    After 3 Months , i lost 12Kgs. and i feel better than before .

      Dianne N No. I do recommend fasting for 24 hours once a week it's four times more effective than 16/8. You're body will completely go under ketosis and will burn fat mass way faster than 16/8.

      Sakin 23:1 OMAD fasting
      1week lang, 5kg kaagad nabawas sa akin.. I month lang.. from 98 to 75 kg na lang ang timbang ko.. kaya ko pa sana lumagpas ng isang buwan.. kaso tama na sa akin un 1 mothn.. na realized ko na mas importante ang maintaining kasya losing... Kaya hanggang ngayon 3-5x a day ako kumakain pero pinipili ko na kinakain ko.. mostly mga gulay na talaga..

    Hindi ako mahilig mag almusal at mag meryenda kaya nuong nalaman ko ang IF last January of this year ginawa ko agad dahil wala namang adjustment sa kakainin ko kundi kong kailan ako kakain. I'm doing 17:7 IF at walang restriction sa pagkain. In 3 months I lost 20 lbs. My first meal is around 10:30AM and my last meal is around 5:30PM. After my last meal tubig na lang hanggang sa 6:00AM kape naman with konting creamer. Then tubig na lang ulit hanggang 10:30AM.

      Doromal - Lalong mas maganda kong may kunting lemon sa tubig na iinumin mo para ma replace din yon electrolytes na naiihi. Maganda rin ang ACV sa digestive at mapabilis ang pagpapayat. Search mo Dr. Eric Berg sa YT dahil marami syang video tungkol sa keto diet at IF.

    Tried this while on the gym...and its good naman..kaso my muscle decreased kaya nagkaroon ako ng flabby arms..if anyone will try to follow this,I suggest that incorporate exercises like Strength training during those open window hours of eating ulet so that you'll avoid having bat wings and saggy skin and drink lots of water to stay hydrated.

    Yung COFFEE dapat walang creamer and sugar.
    Maganda ang coffee pag nag intermittent fasting since suppressant sya ng cravings.

    Effective talaga ang fasting, 8/16 ung gina gawa ko ngaun,, no rice, MEW ang gamit ko, meat, egg, water lang... From 98kls to 86 kilos 1month palang...

    I tried Keto diet, Atkins diet, HCG drops, working out excessively everyday, no meal a day..I think I tried all kinds of diets. Pero so far ito ang most effective. From 54 kg now weighing 42 kg and happy.

    Ang hirap maging mataba 😭 discrimination is always there .
    Remember ko pa dati nag apply ako ng work ,cnabihan ako ng coordinator na "mataba ka kasi " . sakit besh .hindi na nga ako nakapag work nasampal pa ako ng katotohanan .

    and hindi dapat karakaraka itatry agad ang IF , talagang mabibigla ang katawan at delikado sa sistema ng katawan. kailangan maging ready muna ung katawan bago mag IF. for 3 weeks , instead na 3 meals with snacks, alisin na ung snacks, 3 meals nalang, then for another 3 weeks down to 2 meals, then dun mo na itatry ung IF (16:8) , kailangan kse maadopt muna ng body ung changes.

    I was start dieting when i was in hschool kc feel ko unti unti akong tumataba,i know na mdaling mgburn ang food pg daytime kya ng start ako ng 8-16 dieting..from 9am-5pm ang kain ko, after 5pm d n ko kakain kc hirap ng maburn sa gabi ang knain mo..effective sya tlga but i didnt notice na IF pla ang name nya..i just did it on my own procedure..wala pa fb nun since my hs..

Matthew 6:16-18 declares, “When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show men they are fasting. I tell you the truth, they have received their reward in full. But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to men that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.”

    Ligtas at effective naman but not for everyone! I tried it and shed 30 lbs in a month but nakakahilo at minsan na lulutang po ako sa gutom.

    Kung ndi kaya ung mag fasting pwede naman kumain pero more on fruits and veggies. eat healthy tas exercise din. ganern
    papayat ka for sure.

      pwede naman mag IF na 3x a day ka kakain..make sure lang na no snack in between esp sweets.then pag medto sanay ka na,make it 2x a day with in 8hours.

      Napakadali na nga nung 16:8 imposimbleng di kaya yun. Sa loob ng 8 hours edi kumain ka ng kahit ilang meals mo hatihatiin.

    Pag tanghali hataw ako kumain kahit ilang kanin.. pero pag sapit ng gabi tubig nlng ako .. hnggng umaga.. napansin ko lumiliit ung mukha ko at gumagaan ako at ung short ko prng lumuwang unti😊👍

    Yes effective. I lost 15kg doing low carb high fat diet. But I realized I can't go on low carb forever. Now I use intermittent fasting to maintain my weight. Yes, I can do this intermittent fasting forever hehe

    na try ko na to. kailangan Control din sa pag kain lalo na sa carbs na kinu consume mo araw2.. at my side naman. hindi na ako kumakain nang rice. imbis na rice (sweet potato) nalang kinakain ko with matching ulam.. ngayon 15kilos na bawas sakin within 1month and half.

    You explained it wrong. Hindi feasting, you should still monitor what you eat because consuming excess calories wala ding sense ung pag fafasting mo. Dapat healthy foods padin yung cinoconsume mo.

      Yes that's right, kung kumain ka ng junk foods while doing fasting, wala ring kwenta yung fasting mo, di ka rin naman mababawasan ng fats kasi nga di monitored ang food intake mo.

    i am diabetic po. 70kls ako at kailangan ko mahalin sarili ko alang alang sa anak ko. kaya i desided to cut all sweets and carbo..no rice pero meron akong cheating days 2x a month pwede ako kumain ng rice sa lunch 1 cup..nakita ko malaking changes. from 70kls i am 56kls and level na ang sugar ko. Praise God.

      20:4 ang finafollow ko po. Then on my food window I only healthy food. Kahit na madami basta gulay or fruits. Maraming mga videos sa yt ng mga nagbibigay ng magandang meal plan for Intermittent fasting :)

      Gee - 20:4 IF ibig sabihin 20 hrs kang hindi kakain, at may 4 na oras kang kakain. For example, your eating period could be from 12:00PM to 4:00PM. Pili ka ng oras na maganda para sa iyo. During fasting, tubig lang ang magandang inumin mo. Search mo Dr. Eric Berg, marami magagandang video tunkol sa IF.

    Guys gumagana po ito. Pero ang style ng intermittent fasting ko ay one meal a day, 1 hour of eating and 23 hour fast. Mahigit isang buan at kalahati ko na ginagawa ito, at nasurprise talaga ako sa results na nakuha ko. Bale sa isang buan at kalahati na yun naka-bawas ako ng 22 pounds (10 kilos) sa weight ko, at wala pang exercise yun, seryoso wala talaga. Hindi na rin ako laging gutom at puro gulay na yung cravings ko, hindi na tulad ng dati na puro junk food ang hinahanap ng katawan ko. Minsan kumakain din ako ng mga fried chicken at mga comfort food pero everyday balanced meal na yung kinakain ko, kapag gusto niyong magbawas ng taba ito ang gawin niyo.

    galing ako sa warriors diet na 4 hours eating window lang at 20 hrs fasting and then ngayon OMAD n gamit ko.. from 89 kilos now i am 73 within 2 months. pero dpat sabayan ng exercise.
