I love charcuterie, and this is a great concept.

I tried it for two months. It's just way to expensive for what you get. It is about 90 a box. Everything was good and nicely packaged but too much money.
The $90 is the large box, it can definitely be pricey. The food is quality though, it’s all down to choice :)
Bees are great for the ecosystem, but if they are too close to your home and have a nest there, that can be an issue. Once, on my dad's farm, I stepped on a bee's nest. Ouch!

They are nesting in the bushes Steve. SIL ran into a nest when trimming bushes his arm was stung and swole up.
We love our cheese boards. Love that bit jelly I’m not there to share it.
If the siding on Steve's house is wood, could also be wood bees. We had a wood park bench on the porch that was loaded with them and never saw the nest till we looked on the back and bottom. The other thing if the brick facade on the house has weep holes at the bottom near the ground, bees some times will get in that way and you never see any evidence of a hive.

I think you would appreciate this YT channel I recently found. Great shots/ideas of food at small French bistros. Personally, I'm more a London person . . . But no one can argue French food. Please don't kill the bees. And what the heck did he spray? You have kids! Poisons everywhere. Be happy you have bees . . . Their first foods are early-blooming bushes such as you have . . . In today's economy, necessity cancels "quality." Just saying. Thanks for posting. Still at 98.8 . . .
What he sprayed is safe for pets & children, also it doesn’t kill the bees, it deters them. I understand bees are good but not when my kids walk past them
