Those I picked up at my local market BUT i always have my eye out for individual honey or jams
How long are they good for after they are made?
If its chilled properly it can stay good most of the day, once its out at room temp Id say youve got a few hours before its just not appetizing anymore
Can you pre make these? Do the crackers loose there crispiness if you keep them In The fridge over nighT?
You can, but I would only do the night before. Its true the crackers can loose their crispness if because it pulls the moisture from the other products

Question: I am making individual ones that need to be made 36 hours in advance. Will the crackers get soggy in the fridge for that long if placed in the boxes too early? love your channel. BTW...and the name!

I would suggest prepping last minute, timing has to be spot on to make sure food is fresh!

No, so far in the state I’m in I can’t find edible flowers available to me. These are just decorative but edible would be amazing if you can find some!!

I would say night before. Crackers can stay as well as cheese. They would be fine to eat but not taste as fresh and crisp
