Snowboard addiction Austria I know right. Now you have these kids coming in and doing one set while having their friend take pictures of them for social media. Then they bullshit and fuck around for a while then leave.
Phil haters like to say he's weak. He was under 5 9 at 250 plus in some of the best competition shape ever. Incredibly physique. Obviously with that kind of muscle he's going to have a lot of strength too, and he is a strong guy. Some guys genetically have a ton of muscle, but there muscle can't produce nearly the force you would expect. Phil is actually strong.
@@billj4525 Phil heath is very strong lol. In his prime he could easily press 160lbs dumbbell for 20 reps. The thing is, all these top bodybuilders with all that mass and gear are very strong.
@@kurtvongurt758e said " i can put all the wheight of the machine but it doesn't need to put all to grow" So what you say doesn't match what he said!
That's true, but a lot of these bodybuilders time these things really well. Quite a few of them are stronger 8 weeks out. Jay Cutler and Phil have both talked about being at their strongest 6 weeks out from a show. Stronger than their off season, and that holds true if you watch their off season workouts and compare them. Now 1 and 2 weeks out, not a chance. Still very impressive that they're able to peak with their strength like that when dieting.
@@MrInzombia your right i know this guy that can do six plates on the incline hammer strength and he can barely move 315 on the flat bench , plus the more you lower the seat on that machine the easier it is to lift the weight which phil did

Was thinking the same thing...
Phil Heath also says a bigger muscle is a stronger muscle, and that progressive overload is necessary to build muscle.
Is it the audio went off in the video or I turned deaf 🤪🤪
More of the girl in the gym.
he really had to put 6 plates in to start feel something 💀
WITHOUT GEAR HE'S A MERE MORTAL
And people say phil trains light
you mean haters 😂
Video editing is of very poor quality

Light weight my a$$
The craziest part about these weights and numbers is tge fact he's doing them 8 weeks out in a low body fat/ carb depleted state.

Makes Dorian look weak. 6plates easy
Thats on a stupid hammer strength machine. 6 plates on that machine is like 3 plates on a barbell.
@@MrInzombia even 3 plates on an incline for 11 reps is awesome bro!! especially for a bodybuilder who's on a prep!!!
Dom Charger I didnt say phil was weak. But the original post said he makes Dorian look weak. Thats not true.

Partials..Dorian does full range. Big diff..diff philosophies. Phil just isolates chest which is very smart.

I am sorry for Phil fans but I can't deny that Ramy looks more round and big. But on par with Phil on symmetry and asthetics
Yep. Ramy actually has pecs too.

doesnt matter if ramy is bigger if it ruins his conditioning literally every show
