I use the same weight for the first hammer press exercise, but not as much control as him. Im sure he could add on 2 other plates if he wanted to
What's your point?? he is doing enough to stimulate growth, not to destory joints . there is no point to add more weight.
He is 4 weeks out 4% bodyfat...I've seen him doing 6 plates each side in bulk season.
