I think the best thing in this video was the info on the Brewery and Speakeasy! Let us know how it is! My family is moving to Peoria from out of state in 3 weeks and this place is definitely on our list to try!
@@chrisross3631 our plans for the speakeasy changed so haven’t gone yet but I ate at Peoria Artisan Brewery. They have live music on most weekends and the fried green tomatoes were sooo delicious.
@@ArizonaLivingGroup my wife and I ate at the speakeasy 2 weeks ago. We ate at the bar so we could see the chefs cook. It was a really good experience! We also love the Brewery as well! Looking forward to their oktoberfest in a few weeks!
I am definitely interested in a AZ 55+ community. I love Trilogy at Vistancia and would be interested in finding out more about Ridgecrest Trilogy as it gets going. I live out of state and I'm just gathering information for now. Would probably want to rent in the community before buying.

I just called Shea. The largest lot is like 6800 SF. What a joke. Nobody wants a lot that size unless you're crippled. Shea is notorious for low ceilings and putting their doors on backwards. People want to put pools in regardless of a community pool. You can't do that on a 6800 SF lot unless you put a tiny home on it.
Thank you for another great overview. The focus on the community center I find .... odd. I don't think I would want to visit there dailey and that sounds expensive. My local fitness club isn't that much of a draw so not sure thee would be a big draw for me. Something to consider. Also, if new developments have access to the other centers, do they get overrun over time, or are folks just not going there - yet have to pay, pay, pay.... Smile Tammy!

Our plans changed so we couldn’t go but I’m rescheduling ASAP

Restaurant would be great
I agree! Happy hour is a big thing in these communities too

@@Savvygal Unfortunately 6800 is not an uncommon average for newer homes
