Nothing like living in the desert where it hits 120 degrees and is consistently over 100 degrees, not to mention in a few years they won't have any water, their reliance on the Colorado river is in deep trouble and only getting worse. People are stupid they forget about the dust bowl of the 1930's that decimated the southwest and forced thousands of people to move west, the reason simple no rain and no water. Arizona it's coming but they'll still want to water their lawns and golf courses.

You need how to make a video. Zoom out and stop going up and down.

I have a question for you. I have a house that will be going on the Market. This house was condemned because of cats urinated and defecated and caused the house to be condemned. This was an inherited house and is going through probate. An attorney in the process doesn't want me to disclose that the house was condemned because she wants to sell it. Is this a legal liability issue for me as the seller

We live in CantaMia and the "farm" smell usually happens in the evening and if the wind is blowing slightly from the SW where some of the dairy farms are. The farm smell is very random but we definitely have it. Also, the fly's can be bad especially when your cooking outdoors but that seems to be more seasonal, this time of year we don't see very many.

How much would it cost to include the furniture?

If that is a gift for new resident.....what a GREAT idea.

I plan on moving to AZ within the next two years to be with family and start our retired life. In looking at these communities when visiting, we have already been there a few times, I was initially concerned about the population, but realized that while there are over a million people there I will only have to be around those in my local area. Having the open spaces, areas to walk and see while driving helps break up the feeling of congestion and over population. I do NOT want to be around high density living areas, so no apartment, townhomes. While amenities are great, if the HOA is really steep, that is a no go. The charges are only going to go up, so if they are high to begin with it’s not good. All it takes is a vicious Karen to spoil the entire planned community. As to the features of the property, large enough lot for a pool, water security, city water and sewer, no septic, natural gas in addition to electric, of course high speed internet. Oh, where is the Costco going? Thanks! @kenweiss7913

I live here it sucks. Teenagers always vandalizing my car and house, destroying decorations, and the adults are on the side of the Teenagers saying they're just having fun. Well its not fun for me. HOA is just as bad, letting neighbors know that you personally reported neighbors for HOA violation then they don't make them fix it. But the water cover in front of my house was slightly off and I get fined. Fuck this housing area

This is a great video to flesh out the little things that made me go HMMMM. but dont often ask. As I review your videos and Zillow I am paying more attention to gas and sewer. I prefer city utilities (water / sewer) and electric for the kitchen (induction stove) but prefer gas for heating. As for Mt views. YES, I have been blessed with great views growing up in Colorado and living in Alaska and would really miss mountains. I was plesantly supprized with the views in Pheonix the first time I visited (as an adult). I could live there! It's not the same as Colo or Alaska, but very nice.
