I am always happy and full of hope anytime I listen to Seun Kuti because it shows that we still have youths in Nigeria that are in touch with history, trusted, and futuristic to lead the nation.
Your intellectual discussion is highly appreciated and should be encouraged.
@ Seun, please talk more on MOP so that many people can be conscious to join and know that the struggle for societal emancipation is a long haul.
Saying the truth should not be mistaken for class suicide.
May God Almighty bless you Seun, you will live long like our ancestors.
    Lots of love from U.S.A

Seun you're right, Journalist spoilt Fela's name. My dad told me Fela was a very good person and he was not what the media said he was. My dad told me that fela helped so many people in Ikeja back then. He said only Fela was giving people free water back then in Atinuke Olabanji street close to sports center in Ikeja before he moved to 7 Gbemisola street off Allen. My dad was living in Ezekiel street then. By the way, my dad is from the eastern part of Nigeria not west and he never lied to me. So whatever the media say about Fela, if it does not match with what my dad told me about him, I will never believe. Fela was a selfless Nigerian. He was the VDM back then.

    Hello Seun,
You are absolutely right about the deal between Sinclair and Holly Frontier that birth HF Sinclair in the merger deal of the refineries for $2.6 B., However, it's worth noting that it's not a single train of refinery like Dangote, the deal was for 7 refineries(IN Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Utah) with a combined refining capacity of 678KBPD. I just wanted to put that out as that's the basin of my career.
In all Seun, thank you for always putting light on issues like this....One love bro....I still remember you well back then in Seriki Aro, Ikeja.

How can you agree with this castigation of Dangote and you want the country to improve? We are all suppose to rally around this man for even trying to change the narratives. I just don't understand how you people think. This is a project that's supposed to be a massive game changer for the country, if you can think. We need more Nigerians to start investing their money into industries instead of discouraging them. This is exactly why the rich prefers to invest abroad or into real estate which does not benefits the common man. This is damaging. My advice is to tell this boy to pull down this video. He should know better as a very smart individual. We want progressive not retrogression.

The last known full-blooded Tasmanian Aboriginal person, Truganini, passed away in 1876.
The traditional Tasmanian Aboriginal population suffered greatly after European colonization in the early 19th century. Many were killed, died from introduced diseases, or were displaced from their lands.

Dangote is respected by Nigerians and by Africans because some of the Africans government and some of its wealthy people do not use their wealth to invest in their countries instead transfer the looted wealth to foreign banks. People forgot that Nigerian government built and invested on projects like electricity, a cement factory, a steel mill, and four refineries just to mention but few. No electricity and none of these factories are working today. For one man Dangote to built strong businesses that the government could not build and maintain demand respect and admiration

You are deceived. The word 'investment' cannot be used in its right sense for what Dangote is doing in Nigeria! The government projects did not and cannot work because successive governments would rather collude with Dangote using Nigeria's money, from where they continue to get their regular shares! By this system, they are sure they will continue to loot Nigeria even after their terms in government has finished. This is what many mugus in Nigeria don't know. The government did not protect Dangote through monopoly over the years for nothing! The man has not even finished buying the refinery before he started crying for another monopolistic venture in the oil business!

Fela was a very big threat to Nigerian Government then! This is why they were seriously after him.
Everything Fela talked about years ago has started happening before our eyes!!
I was just telling my daughter yesterday the only person that has the mind and boldness of Fela is Seun!!❤❤❤

Bros Seun you said the truth Dangote is some one I know him for compromise with the government since he lobbies he is now bullied
When he can't settle them business as usual roads abandoned no Care for the masses just because he is enjoying everything with the high and mighty that are mindless and careless about human resources made productive but I SAY Dangote is the reason why many are still employed because of his regenerational resources from his predicessors of yester years kept in Nigerian gross resources for continuity mentaining statuscope to live in the deceptive system not to leave the failed government
But Istill commend Dangote for playing along with them else his prosperity will never forgive him because his predicedsors were very sincere truthful and loyal to help the masses make life meaningful in 😊regard fear of GOD ALMIGHTY that have brought them this far this is why dagote stand out the best amongst the others
Let's just pray for GODS INTERVENTION
ONE LOVE KEEP US TOGETHER ❤😂

Seun, I don't usually comment on issues involving Nigeria and the polity.
Only the wise can see through the facade of lies by these billionaires and the government.
Like FELA, you wise my broda.
Like you said, I told my cronies that this is one of the white elephant projects like the Ajaokuta Steel Estate.
Not to say much. Everything you've just said is 100%.
Are you not surprised, NNPC was turned into a Limited Liability Company that doesn't follow the policies and ethics of the process?
Who are the directors, what's the profit sharing ratio... Bunch of liars.
Why is it that he started talking after meeting with Tinubu?

You can't be serious!.... one person has done what the government couldn't do, you don't have a problem with saboteurs but the man who saw the need to have an operational refinery. Why do you think kaduna ,port Harcourt and other refineries aren't working?

@@dinoalfred6952 the interest of the refinery is not for the benefit of Nigerians, it is for his own personal benefit n status. It's only a matter of time for only him to be the soul supplier of petrol, kerosene, and diesel in Nigeria and I promise you we will buy petrol wey higher than what it is today once he successfully monopolize the industry. You think Dangote is stupid right? If he really has Nigerians interest at heart, why did he not work with the government to help revive our national refineries that are not working? Do you have idea that Nigerians pay more for dangote cement in Nigeria than in Cameroon, where they even have to export it over there? Nigerians many of you don't think to see the bigger picture cos y'all also have the same mindset like ur oppressors.

@@dinoalfred6952 Is the refinery for the benefit of Nigerians or for the benefit of dangote? Is just a matter of time for him to monopolize the petroleum distribution market and then increase the price very high when Nigerians will have no other choice. The same way he has put other people out of business is how all the petroleum marketers are trying to put him out of the petroleum business cause they know his game plan. Do you guys think Dangote is stupid? Ask Dangote employees when was the last time they increased their salary. They don't increase salary, they increase benefit cause they know many people will not live that long to enjoy or reap their benefit. Exactly the same thing that America does. You guys have to get rid of this absurdity mentality.
