Reimagining Alien Resurrection (1997) with Ripley as a Synthetic

Alien Resurrection starring Sigourney Weaver, Winona Ryder and Ron Perlman was released in 1997 as the fourth Alien installment and the last movie to feature Ellen Ripley after Alien (1979), Aliens (1986), and Alien 3 (1992). The movie unfortunately was a failure by critics and the audience alike, an unworthy successor that bombed domestically at the box office.
In our reimagining, instead of being a clone, we remake Ripley as a synthetic with the same memories of who she once was and find a way to make the plot more interesting instead of repeating similar formulas.

Also you might want to say something like "the fourth Alien installment and the final appearance of Ellen Ripley" as "last movie" is confusing at first, implying it's the most recent film. It's more clear if you focus on the subject, Ellen Ripley.
