Great video! I've been a fan of RVD since watching ECW in the 90's. I know you tend to stick to WWE but would you be up for doing a vid on RVD's TNA run?
WWE really messed up their ECW brand by not putting the title back on RVD and having Big Show hold it. If they didn’t want him representing the WWE title that’s one thing, but ECW is extreme. No one cared he got caught with some pot.
I can’t believe the likes of jeff hardy and shawn Michaels got multiple opportunities despite drug use yet RVD doesn’t despite while I don’t condone it, weed isn’t actually a massive deal compared to other substances
Hbk and Jeff are wwe guys. Rvd is self made on his own. Plus rvd got busted for weed. And they were in trouble for pills. Remember a time when weed was considered crack level lmao
I think the difference is that rvd arrest was really Publicize, while Shawn’s was less known and Jeff was considered clean when he won the belt. Remember it wasn’t just because rvd was arrested it’s how he was arrested.
Shawn Michaels used drugs but outside of testing positive for steroids which he still denies to this day and was suspended and stripped of the IC title he’s never been arrested for possession of drugs nor arrested whilst WWF/WWE champion, think people forget that it wasn’t RVD taking drugs that was the problem and the fact he was found in possession of so many in his car and arrested that was the problem.

Yankees are a joke. I guess you can’t buy championships anymore since many teams are now rich also.
Been a yanks fan since i was 7. Im 33...some fans and our haters are being ridicoulous about our "demise". 🤣🤣🤣.
"Joke" 😒. Most of our titles were with homegrown players, or vets we got at the trade deadline...we need one more ace 🤷🏾♂️.
@@grayeighty8974 longest WS drought in our history. Problem is more than Boone, but today says a lot about the direction of the team. Ownership gave us 🖕🏻. I guess 3rd/4th place is acceptable
@@mikebuglione32 longest WS drought in your lifetime your u mean...from 78'to 96 was our longest drought 🤦🏾♂️.
if RVD hadn't gotten suspended. I could see him hold the ECW title until Wrestlemania 23 where he loses it to CM Punk. And as for the WWE title I could see him holding that title until at the 2007 Royal Rumble and dropping the title back to Cena.
Why ?
Rvd was supposed to drop title at summerslam.
I'm packing a bowl in preparation for this suspension video. Lol
Great video! I've been a fan of RVD since watching ECW in the 90's. I know you tend to stick to WWE but would you be up for doing a vid on RVD's TNA run?
Its mad how much content you pump out pal
Man absolutely crazy what COULD have been with ECW reboot... could be STILL the hardcore division to this day...
Wrestling bios......wrestling bios......thank you
I already knew this story but watched the whole thing anyway because it was covered well. Just subscribed so I can see more content like this 👍
"Entertainment Championship Wrestling", the NEW ECW. lol Great video though, I'm an avid subscriber and makes my work week go by fast!
I'd ask Rob Van Damme if he wanted to hit my blunt but he would just get busted with it 🤣
WWE really messed up their ECW brand by not putting the title back on RVD and having Big Show hold it. If they didn’t want him representing the WWE title that’s one thing, but ECW is extreme. No one cared he got caught with some pot.
Why would they put the title in big show anyway lol nothing about big show is ecw haha
WWE still had stock holders they had to cater to.
Great breakdown, brother
RVD my 3rd favorite wrestler. He has the best CBD pain relief cream I've ever tried.
Why won't America legalize weed federal level? It's almost a joke it isn't by now. Whole country of Canada is legal.

I can’t believe the likes of jeff hardy and shawn Michaels got multiple opportunities despite drug use yet RVD doesn’t despite while I don’t condone it, weed isn’t actually a massive deal compared to other substances
In responsible use it does good things for some guys. It's done my Uncle wonders for his stress and temper issues.
@@My19812011 Shawn was literally slurring in his promos on live TV
I remember the snap changes that took place with RVD back in 2006. I was a bit dismayed by the end of the year how south things went in terms of any big plans for him.
Such a waste for something so stupid
His title win was epic and what makes One Night Stand 06 worth watching
Imagine how many of Vinnie Mac's Yes Men came barging into his office demanding he ruin RVDs title run over a freaking Weed Possesion charge! Utter hypocrisy.
How many times has Shawn Michaels been caught with harsh drugs and how many times has he been champion and main eventing? After one night stand 06, I really feel wwe wanted to screw rvd over
@@pizzahighfive2612 Shawn was never pulled over with drugs in his car.
Nice video dude. Great and entertaining content.
My 2nd fave of all time.
Would have loved to see a Wrestlemania bout of Mr Monday Night vs Mr Wrestlemania!
Vince over here paying off women that he sexually assaulted but smoking weed is low
Love that late 80s early 90s music.
new video yeeeee i follow your channel religiously thank you wrestling bios !!!!!'nnnn
I was hoping he would have won the WWE world title earlier on but glad he won it eventually. Just a shame the suspension halted his push.
great job, thank you
