Learn how to be happy and create happiness in your life from the concepts and ideas in Gretchen Rubin’s book “The Happiness Project”. In this animated book review, I try to cover some of the lessons I’ve learned from the book that I try to apply in my daily life ever since. Gretchen Rubin did a one-year project focusing on improving different areas of her life each month. These lessons are just my main takeaways from “The Happiness Project”, so this is not a full book summary. However, if you liked this review, I highly recommend you check out the book and get to know Gretchen better through her personal stories about her resolutions.

It's hard to say but I would guess that apart from reading the book, this one probably took me 20+ hours as I had no prior experience how to summarize a book, record audio, etc. The second one, however, was already much faster, maybe 15-20 hours.
