I just recently found your channel doing research on Compex units (which I purchased, in part due to your reviews). I've been going back through your videos and I have loved them. Good luck with the new direction! Side note, do any of your videos go over how you used compex withtraining to increase your vertical?

As much as I like and trust Brandons content I made a mistake there purchasing compex 6.0. In dynamic training it is kind of bugger hanging and ready to fall off every second. I'm stuck with less active - stable exercises and it does work fine there.
BTW. Did You notice that when using compex you are stuck with a life choice: shave all of the body hair or Just those little dots where You put the electrodes... 🤣
