That is a very good and easy to understand swing thought and drill. Great work as always, Jonathan!
This is very similar to the Pete Cowen teaching I watched that really helped my ball striking. Excellent Johnathan
Great to hear!
Best lesson he has ever given
Good tip. Requires good steady body rotation for most players to make this work.
Great video as always mate.
Thanks mate, glad you enjoyed it 🤙🏻
@@jchowngolfStill trying to reach you to see if you would like to test the golf aid called precision impact. Can send it to you for free.
Your way of explaining is brilliant! How does this work with driver? In my case, it only results in super low ball flights, en snap hooks. In other words, insane delofting and closed club face.
my uncertainty is with the left wrist. (rh golfer) should the left hand turn laterally to the right? There is approx 45 degrees of turn from a straight hand to a turned hand which raises the club head higher. which is correct ?
So you keep right hand extension fully to AND through the impact area?
I Jc when do you have your release with your hands 👍
If your club face is already square to the arc, you don’t need to try to release your hands
@@jchowngolfyour reply is also helpful to me as exactly something I have always worried about. Thanks. Will give it a try.
What if my right wrist cannot physically achieve this position due to an inherited birth defect that prohibits supination of the right forearm? Because of this condition, I have no issue with pronating the wrist and hand -but with regard to supination, the best range of motion available to me would resemble someone mimicking a “Karate Chop”(thumb on top)! I’ve always experimented with some version of trying to grip the club using only the “fingertips” of my right hand throughout the swing. I think we ALL can agree these attempts were less than adequate. Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thank you sir for your time. 👍🏼🏌🏻♂️⛳️
😁👍
Thanks bud

yes, look at Hovland for example
