I don’t know… the battle inside the dungeon puts up some serious competition with Eduardo setting a sorrowful atmosphere with his song, Richter and Olrox having their own traumatic reunion, etc.
The raw combat prowess of the belmonts mixed with the magic talents of the belnades truly makes a complete vampire hunter. Bravo trevor and sypha for creating this lineage of hunters.
Chronologically speaking Juste Belmont was the one that would do item crashes, so I imagine what Juste was thinking just there seeing his grandson being more powerful than he was in his time.
All I gotta say is Hydro-Cross in Symphony of the Night 😂 (If you manage in the prologue to enter the Dracula Fight with a Crucifix and destroy the candles to drop holy Water you can easily annihalate Dracula by activating first Hydro Storm (Holy Water Item Crash) and then picking up the Cross you dropped to then unleash Grand Cross while Hydro Storm is still running, the damage can be stacked with both and so you can kill Dracula by showing him the true meaning of Jesus)
@@allengordon6929 Yeah I know, that is why I said "Chronologically speaking" meaning that Juste and no other Belmont before him would do them. So seeing his grandson being able to do so, must have been a great sight for him.
To me its the best scene in the season the way he burst into flames before he was shedding tears and went all out kicking ass and the music just hype it up 🎉😊👍🏿👏🏿
0:05 His family 0:08 His auntie 0:11 His cousin/sister 0:17 His future lover And what i liked the most from these quick frames is… Tera and Maria were talking and smiling to each other while Richter was looking at them… But the one who came to Richter's mind right before he recovered THE POWER™ was the one who was smiling AT HIM 😊😊😊 I love this ship so much✨
She could have been an interesting character but they REALLY didn't put the work in there. In my opinion a whole episode of backstory that has nothing to do with the current plot only works once a character has already won me over. If they try it when I barely know who they are it feels like an exposition dump and I struggle not to skip the episode. They didn't give me any reason to care about her in present day. All she did was treat Richter like crap constantly... just because? Plus, she got her best friend killed because she couldn't keep her shit together and has the audacity to treat Richter like crap for losing his shit for the EXACT same reason (encountering their mothers' killers)? And she didn't take ANY responsibility for that. She just felt bad for 'abandoning him', which by simple logic wasn't the case. She didn't abandon him she intentionally revealed everyone's position and signed their death warrants at the same time. If they'd made her less of a dick and they'd had a few more episodes to flesh out the French Revolution, they could have more closely tied her story to what was going on. Maybe she didn't want to stop at one revolution? That could have been a cool motivation for turning up in France. But nope. She got a magical message saying some big bad will be there. The plot literally manifested itself in front of her and said "go here". That's just boring.
@@j-dawg4774 He was half raised by Tera and he grew up with Maria. Makes sense he'd lose it when they were threatened with an eternity of torture. But Annette made no sense. He had just met her and she'd done nothing besides treat Richter like crap.
@wafflingmean4477 Most good shows have some sort of symbolism built into the story where everything seems to have a purpose... this show has a LOT of moments that either don't connect or have any type of meaning, moments that were only added to seem cool: Richter saying "It's the most fun you can have with your clothes on" when he sounds like he's barely of age, the multiple scenes where everyone seemingly has awesome food to eat despite being the French Revoltuion, the entire Revolution seeming as though it's ill founded aside from the vampires who occasionally kill people, good animation and time being wasted on Richter throwing knives at a tree while the other characters give pointless background or small talk so they can "develop", and the concept of slavery being shoved down the viewer's throat to boost Anette's character instead of fleshing out others.
The emotional complexity they manage to put into his face is insane. Like holy hell give these artists a raise, I only just noticed how on point his facial expressions are O_O
Absolutely love this scene to think it couldn't be better but they start playing "Vampire Hunter" w/c for is the official Belmont soundtrack. EPIC!!! ❤❤❤
frederator studios has a unique style of animating fights. Not like those japanese types where every slow motiom occurs after a single attack and the character talks to himself all the time
There aren't many scenes in media that I can describe as "perfect", but if this isn't perfect in writing and execution, then we really need to change the meaning of that word.
Actually he is the stronger, but in the games the Belmont family is far more powerful than in the show. Trevor and some others have actually defeated Dracula by themselves.
Yep, just like in the Beginning of Symphony of the Night where Brain Washed Richter fights against Alucard, he inmediately starts off with Grand Cross to show he is no one to fuck around with
Please please please Netflix… find some way to reunite Richter with his parents in Season 2. Richter, Alucard, Trevor and Sypha all going absolutely savage against the evil god?! The quips between Richter and Trevor would be classic and make the final episode of Nocturne just pure all out whip crashing magic destroying savagery!!! 🔥🔥🔥
So here’s my thing if Trevor and Slyvie are his grandparents it makes sense he has magic. Remember they were close to being wiped out but that was in the old series
Wtf with the Russian vampire not knowing what aunts and cousins are? Did not have any Russian words for aunt or cousin when he was human, like wtf? Am I the only one who's willing suspension of disbelief was broken for a second when he said. I mean like seriously, I'm watching ep 6 right now as I'm typing and had to pause when he said those things about his aunt and cousin. Or did Julia mean aunt in like a close family type of way? Edit: even more confused now because Tera is his aunt and she's Russian. Vampire confusing the hell out of me with those lines lol
Most of them we saw in the Series are if you look at it that way. Dracula was one of the Kind who wasnt, he is a raged man capable of wiping out the entire human race for killing his Second Wife.
its was all great until the last part. Its like the people making this are embarrassed to embrace the corny-ness of the games but to me thats what makes castlevania so fun
Incredible scene! It could have been more powerful had he awakened his abilities while coming face to face with Olrec again and reconciling his past trauma.
Trevor hooking up with Sypha is definitely the best thing to ever happen to the Belmont family.
And he said BEER was better than SEX😂
Easily the best scene of the season! Was absolute magic seeing one of my favorite Castlevanias come to life in this scene!
hate show but i admit this was dope
I don’t know… the battle inside the dungeon puts up some serious competition with Eduardo setting a sorrowful atmosphere with his song, Richter and Olrox having their own traumatic reunion, etc.
Pretty awesome but the best scene of the season was the entrance of alucard
Just saw this scene. As soon as the drums started playing I knew we were gonna hear the song 😭😭😭
What's the name of the song?

This is an EPIC MOMENT!!!
Now that some magic from the gods, right there.
From the Undefeated God actually.
Look at the shape his flames take on when the Magic just bursts out at him and you know which God I am referring to.
