It reminds me of back in June how I was talking to this guy we were never actually dating but we were talking, I told him all of the things I was scared he would do and he promised me that he would never do any of that (I told him I was scared he would would judge me, he told me he would never) a few weeks later he told me to go to hell even though I hadn't done anything to him, he then blocked me

About five or more years ago I was a tween who had faced abuse, broken hearts, betrayal, and especially during that time when music seemed to be the only thing that agreed with me and how I was feeling vs. expected to feel, my mom used to tell me she thought I was fine because she heard me singing in my room. Really it was just a creative outlet to try and let out that pain and emotion, and this song reminds me of that in a sit down with a drink kind of way. If you are reading this, which I suppose you have to be after coming this far through, your emotions are valid even if they don't make sense. Don't let yourself make decisions based on your emotions of the moment and heartbreak unless it is to get out of that. You are worth so much more. If I could go back to them and tell myself one thing, it would be to tell myself who I am. Chosen, loved, forgiven, and my heavenly Father's daughter. You will learn from this life what it is like to suffer on all sides, but darling, it will bring out who you are; love and the embodiment of kindness because you understand how important and sometimes forgotten it can be.
I cried under too much stress and my mom is literally making fun of me in front of my entire family now. Didn’t even think about asking if I was okay or not.

Stress is scary, and anyone who mocks it either has not experienced real stress, anxiety, or fears or feels that at the stage we are in, it is minuscule in comparison. It is not!!!
No matter why you're stressed, it will be okay and sometimes taking some time to be apart from others and think without worry is a good and challenging exercise in those moments.

I will ask if you prefer the blanket or the sword, meaning if you just want comfort or if I can help with any advice or try to help find a solution for your stresses. I'm not a therapist, but I still have lots of hope in people and believe in you. I'm here if you want to talk about anything, and sometimes, the best thing is to change a prayer. It can be about anything, everything, even things you're worried about, and these things don't make you weak; they make you human. I know I always feel better after getting what I allow to build up anxiety, panics, fears, and stress off my chest, and in return, before anything is solved, I feel I have been granted back joy and peace even better than I remembered it in the chaos of my feelings.

They are Narcissists and undercut us empaths to the point we question our sanity. I’m in the Narcissist discard phase after setting boundaries with my partner. And it hurts. This brings me back to my friendship it ended and wow we made promises to each other but it comes to the same subject turns out everyone was using me to get information for my ex best friend now I can’t trust anyone but my family and what she did was cruel and now she has to live with it but her memory can’t leave my mind it’s almost everyday I think about it and all the shame and jealousy it hurts me so much but god is beside me fighting it every day so I just gotta live with it.
