I love how well you're doing. It's inspiring and cheering, and also just nice, because you deserve happiness. As for me...I took charge of my health. I've been pushing my luck for years, since my husband was diagnosed with cancer and shortly thereafter, Alzheimer's. (He's 21 years older than me.) I am overweight, sickly, and out of shape. My knees began to scream bloody murder at me last year, and FINALLY I not only joined a good gym, but hired a personal trainer. I am making huge strides and hope to be back to my "real" weight and in good shape by next year. I've even gotten more organized too! Thank you for being such a great role model! And, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

i graduated and got a full time job, which is huge for me bc there have been so many times when i thought i wouldn't make it, but i did!

I accomplished getting my own place after eight years of sharing, I moved in one day before my 60th birthday on the 27th of June, it's a bedsit/studio apartment, and I love it.

By the way, you often talk about being anxious and not feeling so secure. I think grounding is so crucial. For me at least it really is so helpful. Because I too experience these things. For me personally just being in nature brings me down a lot. I used to experience anxiety and panic attacks on a daily basis, so i know what I am talking about. But yeah, being in nature calms me down and grounds me immediately (among other things of course). It's not so easy in a city though, i know. I used to live in a city too. But even there you will find quite places:) but there are many ways to ground oneself of course so yeah, just talking about ny personal experience:) much love to you!

I'm not a big commenter (trying to get better at it) but I remember in a previous video you said that some people didn't seem to love the planning videos, but I'll have you know that I had subbed all the way back with the 2023 planning, and I've been coming back to this channel for the last few days because I enjoy doing my monthly planning with you, so hope that's something! Loving the Notion refresh too, so looking forward to when you release that!

1 thing I could think of that I'm proud of that I did in June, was completing 2 books for the year so far "How to win friends & influence people" By Dale Carnegie & the other book is called "Discipline is Destiny" by Ryan Holiday 📚 if you haven't read these books yet Alexis, I highly recommend them to you😄
I completely neglected all of my plans and goals in June 😅 I hope I find back to a routine in July 😅

this month i updated my notion several times and stuck to it really well! i am also learning about my workflow and how to set achievable goals, which is good because i really need that in my life ahah.
also, i have a really useful habit tracker template if you want me to give you the link to where i got it from! it updates automatically every day, with toggle folders for every week that are also automatically generated. so all you have to do is fill in your boxes and customize it! it even has a space for water intake and little motivation quotes depending on how many boxes you checked! im seriously obsessed with it in case it wasn't obvious lol.
another amazing video! ⭐ honestly, you should do a little monthly podcast! maybe you could open a patreon or ko-fi and have that be a benefit for supporters? i know i'd be down for that!
I bought a drone this month and started learning to up my videography game! That’s one big accomplishment! Ooh I also completed the June challenge (going 15 days) to Orangetheory.
I think your audience is a core long form following, so you don't have any short form audience coming in on your long form. it won't hurt to give it a try if you want two different audiences on your channel. I do both. I"m realizing my short form audience never really see my long form and my long form audience never really engage with my short form. completely different audiences and i'm experiencing different impressions as well since they're separate. I also feel you on feeling uninspired at times. I feel like I hit that last month as well. I go in waves of feeling really creative and feeling really uninspired.
i can't wait to see your growth in a three year comparison seeing how much you've grown from July of next year.

My husband has been doing cold water therapy, you should look into it for the days you don’t feel motivated. 30 seconds in freezing water.. it works 😅 currently pregnant & it makes me feel better 🙃
