I've decided that my resolution for 2023 is to improve my communication and public speaking skills. I get a lot of social anxiety when it comes to talking to new people or just answering a question in class, and it really affects how little I put myself out there. I am working towards being a sport psychologist and in order to be a great one, I need to get better at enunciating my thoughts. So I hope to put myself in situations where I can practice my literacy and I think this will also improve my current relationships as well as form new ones :)
When it comes to Notion I always feel clueless, there are so many things one can do on it that I feel lost and never know where to start 😪thank you for giving us a tour and for sharing some resources, too! 💚
I get it! I have ADHD and notion kind of drives me nuts but I also love the aesthetic and endless customization. RN I am torn between using Evernote or Notion for my primary note-taking app.

First of all I love how you make your plans and I hope you archive every goals you have in 2023. For the next year I want to start putting my life together because with my new job I have hard time to keep up with anything else except for work. And the main goal is to survive the new job and save money so I could get myself into a kinda like a university for tattoo artists ( I'm from Greece so thinks here is different in education)

Really enjoyed this video. Always feels like the end of year is just making it through. So this really inspired me to sit down on sunday and reflect on this year and plan for 2023. One of my goals for 2023 is to be more consistent with eating more healthy and balanced.
when 2023 arrives, I plan to make use of that time the way I didn't with 2021-2022. It has been extremely regretful for me to waste so much time dreaming and yet emotionally, mentally, and physically unmoving about it. My goals were so clear, but my mind was just in a tornado-like state. I wish, I desperately want that by the end of the next year, I will have then accomplished all the wishes I had hidden and thrown away.

I was so excited when you mentioned notion a few videos ago because I started using it a couple of months ago but I haven't touched it for like a month. So I was really excited to know how you're organising it so I could get some inspiration. Now speaking of goals, besides Christmas, this is my favourite topic for this time of the year, like you said it kinda keeps you accountable. I like to make a vision board and I already started my 2023 one, some of the goals there are to take care of my energy and meditate more, and visit London again because I'm from Portugal but I have friends in London whom I haven't seen in a year and I really miss them.
Haven't even finished the video yet and this is already a bit of me 😍 definitely going to try Notion! Have just finished work for the holidays and my mind is so full and even watching this is making me feel better already. Also been loving your videos this month gal, so proud!!
