@user-bh6up4gk4s Yes, it's very costly and difficult to register your car in California. I have registered over six diesel grey market Cruisers and G-classes in California, but these days it's almost impossible to do so. Plus, it will cost you around $9,989 to process it through the California Bureau of Automotive Repair and the third-party lab inspection on conversion, which is all extra money for California government.
Sheeeeesh, what a crock. That’s really too bad. At least it can be done, just don’t think I’d want to drop that coin considering the recipient. Thanks for the info.
It often appears that you can balance the gas and the clutch when changing gears. Sounds like a little bit more of gas than clutch upon shift.
Is it difficult to register in California? Any chance you can provide details on what is needed to make road legal?

LHD instead of RHD ? How is that possible ?
@sebastianguzman3845 Yes, it's possible. I have imported from Spain 🇪🇸
@@classic-4x4 That is hdj80, 81 is RHD only for japanese market
My HDJ80 was imported from South America just like Spain requires LHD. Got mine from a guy who imports them call Mud Connection in Arkansas.
Still available for sale?@@classic-4x4
@@KhmerStrong-il3qg I still have it and put a hold on my car sale. I changed my mind; I might sell it next year, but not for now.
