Squad streaming was so much better. I dont care about seeing the webcam, i want to see side by side gameplay where we can swap between the two.
Sadly, I never had the chance to use squad gaming myself.
It was so good! This feels more like a good option to use for interviews or podcasts which is great, i just wish they had kept squad streaming. Anyway, thanks for the guide! It helped me out!
Happy to help any time! ❤
You're the best!
That was how tutorials should be , great job 👏
I appreciate that!
Awesome and simple tutorial! Looking at using this soon for a horror collab with a friend. Thank you! 😁
Glad it was helpful! Have fun! If you do a horror stream you might want to join my heart rate monitor giveaway on Twitter! 👀 twitter.com/TruiOnTwitch/status/1712431217453240489
I love your videos ❤️ they've helped me so much! Thank-you true 🙏🏻💪🏻
You're so welcome!
Thanks for the answer! But can I ask you some details? Specifically in this video (as probably in others), are you recording via camlink in OBS? Or for this video on the camera, does it just record the video on a flash drive? I’m just interested in the quality that comes from a camlink or a flash drive) There is also a second question. Is this video recorded at 4k30fps? It’s just that the video is in 1080p60fps and the quality of the recorded video is very smooth. Or did you initially record at 1080p60fps?
I recorded it on the SD card as I like that more in editing. You can do it via capture card as well's how I do my streams. I always film in 1080P 60fps as I find that nicer than 4K30fps myself. My audience is mostly gamers, so I thought they probably also appreciated some more fps 🙌
@@trui you are amazing! Ty for this information
@@truiis it only a face cam you can do or can you do gameplay too?
Hey! What lens do you use in your camera? And your camera is M50 Mark 2? I really like your quality
Correct! I use the Sigma 16MM with it 🙌 I haven't added it to my specs yet, but most things I use are in this list: a.co/cyhQaLd
I love your voice and the way you speak ❤
Awh thanks!
Thanks for the tutorial! Is it possible to add someone that has a vtuber? Also can they share their screens as well?
If the v-tuber has their avatar on as camera for sure! Like you can in Discord, for example, select what camera, so you just select the software. No game sharing this way, but you can add it with OBS.Ninja if you want
Ver good, I want to try this with another DJ and see if we can both stream music.
That would be cool!
I have a predicament which I can't seem to figure out. During my live streams, using OBS, I'm getting feedback loop on twitch live video. I have my friend with whom I'm using 'stream together' function on twitch. I say 'hi' and then my friend hears is a bit later. I'm aware some delay is natural on twitch (couple of seconds). Then my friend hears himself talking with a continuous echoes.
Alas, how does one stream on OBS to twitch, have a friend join the live and not get an echoes or feedback delay which stacks. Even though we are in the same 'stream lobby', he is watching from my page (live stream), naturally. Otherwise he couldn't see my live gameplay. I want real time audio as if we were in discord, whilst he is viewing my live stream.
Thanks for taking the time to read and assist me.
All the best,
M
There are other was to add a guest to your stream, you can try to combine those with guest stream (for the notification on Twitch about the collab) ua-cam.com/video/T_JLjPSOntQ/v-deo.htmlsi=iBfPpDxP0OhrKhwZ
Is there a way to do this with a screen share AND camera?
Yes you can use the method with OBS Ninja: ua-cam.com/video/T_JLjPSOntQ/v-deo.htmlsi=BIdNbLOg6baEHrZQ
If you want Twitch to mention the collab you can do only the gameplay with OBS Ninja or just turn guest star on but not actually use it.
thanks for the video!
is it by any chance possible for my guest to have me on their stream as well?
Oh, I haven't tried that! My friends sadly don't have guest star yet so I can't try. Maybe in a different tab?
@@trui unfortunately it didnt let us join different "sessions" at once but maybe i missed something. we will try it again, thanks for the answer though!
Did you apply for the "Guest STar - Stream Together" beta? Then it seems you will be able to. (I haven't tried, but that is its purpose)
@@Halefa i got the access but didnt get to try it yet but i think thats exactly what i was asking about. thanks for the asnwer though!
i discovered you kind of yes...but no, its a littel bit tricky but it worked for me, just make your set up on OBS, then create a scene just for the guests with a greeen screen background or whatever, right click on it an create window from scene, then on DIscord, you share this window you created, and your friends pick up that screenshare and put in their streams with an chroma key filter to remove it, pros: you have what you looking for, cons: better both have 2+ monitors and a awesome camera because the quality will be degrated..by a LOT
can u do this in firefox?
Yes, they recently released Firefox support. They still recommend Chrome as it's better supported on Chrome. I would just try it on Firefox and if you have trouble you can always switch
:3
☺️
can tom stream at the same time
Yes he can! As long as your camera supports 2 inputs you are golden 🙌
@@trui what if i have two webcams?

That's me 😊
thank you for your help, twitch is awful
Glad I could help!
The deer ears add no legitimacy to your video. I can't take you serious. But thanks for the tutorial, regardless.
They're cow ears.
