I'm in my middle 60's Disabled and have traveled in some of these places back in the day and they were so different and safe. I never been in a gang nor have family members in one but your blogs are very informative to me about gangs. I presently live in a public housing complex for the very first time in my life due to a hardship. I love my neighbors and feel safe at all times because f the environment. That's why I notice especially in Bronx a lot of elderly women safely walking past the gangs and some of them were so nice you can tell they were the protectors of the elderly in their buildings I am praying that in 2022 God will replace ALL housing complexes over USA Community Centers as a Safe Haven for our youths and families to go.
