Harrisburg *New* Wagon 3 Responds to First Due Reported Fire

City units were alerted to the 1-3 box shortly after shift change for smoke from an apartment. Ladder 2/Wagon 3 arrived with nothing showing, upon investigation found a smoke condition inside, and discovered a small fire on the countertop.
