There is a some kind of Bowser reverse mini-game in Mario Party 9 where you lose on purpose, you get mini-stars while if you win, you lose mini-stars.

25:20 there are actually two definitions of "losing" on display here
"Lose the minigames intentionally". I believe I remember that from Mario Party 9, there could be Bowser Minigames where you'd play a regular minigame with the objective to lose as quickly as possible (for example, get crushed by a Thwomp rather than be last one standing). I have not touched anything more recent so I don't know if that came back, but it's an interesting concept.
Here's a fun story. I was once trying to lose Cheep Chump from Mario Party DS to Very Hard CPUs. The first Cheep Cheep to show up spawned quite a ways away from me. That Cheep Cheep had swallowed all of the CPUs before I got to it. The minigame ended in only a few seconds with me as the victor, in hysterics.
That's 2 things.
A) Unfortunate
B) ASTRONOMICAL ODDS

This reminds me on Mario Party 9 when a Bowser Minigame is chosen on a Bowser space. There's also an option where you should get last before the others to win coins. I loved it that they did include it in the game and it would be cool if this feature returns.

Dude we are a very close skill level with Snow Whirled. I think I'm at 5490° for my record. Here's how I hold it while grinding:
X: right middle finger
A: right index finger
B: left index finger
Y: left middle finger
I also turn the pro controller to a slight angle for comfort. 🙂 That's my recommendation for fast mashing this game. I've tried other configurations.
