Public Land Swamp Cam- Too Many Hunters, South Louisiana

I try to locate my cameras to observe deer activity in order to help me be more strategic when I hunt. Understanding hunter activity is as important as understanding the deer movement.

Funny seeing other hunters. I guess they don’t see your cameras. At night they do put out a red light when they come on. At least mine does.

Yeah, sure are too many hunters.... looks as if they're hunting hogs and deer? The one guy hunting with the kid in the blue shirt, I wouldn't want to be anywhere near them while they're hunting. Had he tripped, he would have blown you camera away! That boy was an accident waiting to happen. That was impressive catching the Red-shouldered Hawks mating, and I love all our birds of prey, so I greatly enjoyed the Barred Owls as well. Love you content, but the few public lands I hunt don't allow trail cams and only allow ATVs on designated ATV trails. What WMA or NWR you're on?

Some of that was illegal ATV riding unless he put the camera right next to an ATV trail. We are allowed to recover deer and hogs with an atv on some of our WMA's. You are supposed to do it unarmed though. If the poster is smart he won't tell where. I sure as heck wouldn't.
