Paying big money for an updated property that took a year and big price slashes to generate buyer interest isn’t a wise 1-2 year investment. I could be totally wrong, but to me this would be a long term investment, not a quick flip.
Just means he made more than what he paid for the land and doesn’t want to give the money away in taxes he’s doing a 1031 exchange

Always cheaper to buy a house built than to build plus 6 months to 1031 exchange so you don’t pay taxes on them gains

they recently came out with these 2 sick new inventions. one is called a fence it acts as a barrier that helps with privacy. I know you mentioned trees you can buy them from a store and use this new method called "planting" its super neat. You should check it out.

Posting a video in a very upscale neighborhood regarding investing “short-term” V a long-term plan for the area is a mis-step (in my opinion). Unless WhistlenDiesel and HeavyDSparks and buying the neighboring properties, I wouldn’t advertise that. Otherwise the offer could sink (he already said there was a higher or competing offer? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I just wouldn’t advertise such specifics.

You should install a big black sheet hung from the roof around the epoxied area in your shop so that you can get better pictures and also reveal it to the winner.

I wish Mike would do a video on the real numbers involved in winning a giveaway truck. How do the taxes work, how do winnings affect income taxes, etc. I want transparency.
Let’s say you make $70,000 a year. You win a $100,000 truck and $50,000 in cash. Your annual income for that year is 70+100+50. So you taxable income is $220,000. You’re now going to have to pay taxes on the extra 150. You’re already paying taxes on your 79, but will need to pay for the increase, which is why Mike and others give you cash! The cash is for you to use for your taxes.

Don't get me wrong, the powerwagon and TRX giveaways were amazing and I'm down for a Ram truck too, but other than that it's always GM. As far as I remember, Vader was the only Ford truck you gave away, and that was a long while back with Inshane Design. that said, much like you, I don't want to sound ungrateful, because even though I haven't won yet, I'm still very grateful even just for the opportunity to win a vehicle, especially if it's a truck, and hopefully one day I will win, but either way, I get some cool merch, and even the thrill of the CHANCE of winning a car or truck AND CASH? shoot even the cash would be enough to make me happy, I could do so much with even the $30 that came with the TRX, and I top of that, imagine winning one of the most badass trucks of the modern era! truly amazing what you do and even if I still haven't won after all these years, I'm super happy for everyone that has because you've never failed to change someone's life with a badass build! A farmhouse should be everyone's style, you just don't realize it yet haha. Coming from a guy on a farm in Nebraska that wishes I could have a house that style for my wife . We're in a modular home but hey it's paid for. However with 5 kids and 3 bedrooms its a hair cramped. One thing that most people somewhat goof on is how close they plant trees to the driveway. Once they fill in, many times they shade the drive and keep it icy or create a situation where a UPS truck is smacking the branches.
