Why do the abusive jerks always cry like babies when they are caught?
Because they’re cowards.
They think they can mänipûlate others into feeling bad for them and ignore the awful things they’ve done.
Because they are usually people who pick fights with the vulnerable or someone who couldn't win against them in a physical fight. So when they are shown they have no power they freak out. My mom has a saying for people like this "That person would choke a book they couldn't read"
Because that is what bullies do when caught. That, and blame the victim.
Because they are pussies when caught
When a kid calls on a parent or elder, the police should never reveal that fact. That can cause more abuse once the parent is allowed to go back home.
Literally when she said “Erik don’t cause more problems when they leave” or whatever that sentence was should have been an automatic arrest for interfering and should’ve been seen as a threat.
@@Jasmine-bn9ex I agree.
At least that was recorded@@Jasmine-bn9ex
Those poor boys. Their voices sound so hopeless. What kind of childhood they have to endure. It’s so sad.
@@Jasmine-bn9ex yeah that poor kid is absolutely going to have it worse after this. I hope he got the help they needed.
That person who said to Eric to "Stop causing problems" is an *enabler* and is the reason *WHY* victims SUFFER in silence because of people like that.
Made me so angry. Poor Eric is surrounded by Some real dumb women
that was the grandma I think
@@urblondeangel Eric's grandma not mom's grandma
my grandma did that too..would always tell us to "not make mom mad"
I've been Eric until I was 18. Long story short, my mom was a piece of shit. My extended family were very much aware that my mom is a horrible person, yet blamed me for "causing problems." And then they wonder why I stopped seeing every family member on my 18th birthday.
My heart sunk when the little boy said “he’s not small he’s big” knowing he’s terrified of his own dad.. this is literally disgusting behavior towards your kids.
Yeah the kids were worried about the officers’ safety, too, 😢
Cops should NOT have told that woman who called the police. Put that boy in danger.
As soon as she said that I was like nooo 🤦♀️ They must be new to these kind of cases
The woman would've found out anyway
If the woman has common sense she had understood who called the cops from the start

He has 3 records of CHILD ABUSE and they keep letting him back to his kids??!!! What the hell!!! Poor kids, I hope one grows to be 18 and they just emancipate immediately and adopt the rest
Sadly it’s not uncommon, me and my siblings fortunately were place in state care and eventually adopted. But there were plenty of kids I knew who were constantly in and out going back to parents. And the worst one I know of is my adoptive parents left their home open for emergency placements for children and 3 sibling boys ages 2-5 had been placed with us for 6 months before going back to mom and this was 2nd time she tried drowning them and one time abandoned them on the road. It doesn’t make sense.
Because his stupid psychiatrist thinks he's okay to go back to his kids. it's obvious because of the Mental Health evaluations that he clearly keeps failing.
The mother is worse. She left them with him.
Not that simple. I'm a foster parent (FP) I see children with responsible, loving family members who would love to take the child, but unbeknownst to most people, DCFS, CPS & the courts #1 priority is to keep the children with their parents. It doesn't matter what they did, except SA.
Even when children plead to not go back, from ages 0-17 they are treated as emotional children with no say in the matter.
The child's attorney "GAL" will tell you "I will listen to what a child wants, but it really doesn't play into my decision". Every "support" person for the child is there to gleen info to use in reuniting the parent with the child.
As FPs, we are required to make sure the children in our care meet every court ordered & CPS "suggested" plan of action, or we are subject to criminal charges.
The reason children are moved from FP to FP is, a majority of the time, due to the parent, who doesn't have custody, requesting it because where the child "is an inconvenience" to them or their worker has children in a certain area and this child is moved to be in that area. Since the workers children come and go, and new ones are put in their care, a child can be moved a lot.
So why do I continue to be a FP? Because I'm hoping that each child I have, for however long, will feel love, support, & that a spark of hope will ignite in them. Knowing that their lives can be so much better than it is now. To work hard on improving themselves better through academics, sports, whatever. That it IS their choice how their story is written. ❤
It’s crazy but plenty of GOOD fathers end up without their kids for no good reason
That first dad put a lot of emphasis on life being extremely hard for him. But notice how he only made it about him and being the victim. No matter how difficult life is a parent should never allow their anger or stress being turned into physical violence or physiological abuse.
Classic narcissism. 💯
Those poor boys are absolutely aware this is not ok . That man needs prison not probation like damnnnn he only going to do more violence than before.
@@Robinsunshine83, I'm sure the cops will be back . He knows the boys called for the police. I'm sure there will be punishment for that

Michelle, the woman in red had to have been on drugs. Something. The cop said, "because I know you Michelle, I've been dealing with you for 12 years!" Lmao
Hall marks of a meth addict
It’s horrible to imagine what addiction did to this family - especially the kids. They must have been kindergarten age when she fell into the abyss
I believe she was on LSD mixed with a different mild drug
"I beat my kids but I have anxiety and I'm gonna pass out"
🙄🙄🙄
Mf really wasn’t expecting his kids to call the police💀
And seizures, to boot? As a person with the inconvenience called epilepsy, we don't claim him. /l
@@KayPrescesky It's cuz he abuses benzos, which is why he gets angry. It's called "Bar rage" as in xannax bars. Benzos make your anxiety worse big time to the point you will have seizures just from not having them. Most likely what this dude does. Pops a couple bars, looses all fear, then beats his kids because he is not scared of being reprimanded... until the high wares off.
Mental health is only real when it's THEIRS, ever notice that? Now ask them about THEIR "really" abusive childhood and how lucky their kids are that they don't "really" abuse them.
And poop the pants
I hope Eric is doing all right. The grandmother seemed quite aggressive as well, with wanting to take him for a ride, and he better not say anything he'll regret...
yeah . . and the fact the first thing she did was scream loudly when the police came, and then cutting off the police, to try to avoid exposing her crimes. .
Don’t say anything you’ll regret, it’s literally telling a child to shut up cause the adults are gonna be in trouble. I hope he is ok as well,
It takes a strong man to stand up like he did, he’s a hero ❤
The mother, going mental with the 3 boys, is a pissed off mama, no time for drunks
All honesty, the thing (I refuse to call her a human or any form of the word mother) that stuck their head in the room and made that comment should have been arrested as well for trying to intimidate Eric into not giving an honest statement. Not a single one of them should be surprised when he moves out the second he can and cuts all contact with them
Yes, this mom was the worst to me. All she was concerned about was pegging her son for calling cops (and what he contended against her) - SHE was way more concerned about blaming her son - SO CONCERNED ABOUT BLAMING HER BOY - ALL POST BREAKING GLASS, POST INABILITY TO SPEAK TO OFFICERS, POST THREATS, etc. They (mom/gma) both should be removed from these kids' lives!! They are toxic as hell - I pray for those children. Please God, get these women away from these children (young men)! These gross adults are not okay and will not accept that fact - not better themselves. Breaking glass, SCREAMING LIKE A BANCHEE, and threatening to beat son like a man - DISGUST!
I remember calling the cops on my parents. My mom told the judge she would kill me when she got the chance. They had to put me under protection in the system so that my immediate family couldn’t figure out where I was until they moved me with family in another state. It was awful but overall saved mine, my niece and nephew and my parents lives
Holy crap, that's really awful. I am so sorry you had to go through that. I hope you're able to start healing. I also hope she can never find you.
That was really brave of you, must have been so hard. I hope that you have found healing.
I guess with „my parents“ you were talking about those who really loved and cared for you, your biological aunt and uncle who grew into your parents? Did I understand that correct? Thanks to the Lord for them loving you so much to go through all the legal and safety stuff and even move out of state. What a blessing, glad you had them
Sorry,I’m confused
That was pretty badass of you.
the boys in the first one keep calling their dad big. He's not really that big, but they all see him as being so big and scary because of the power he has over them and the pain and violence he causes. heartbreaking

Lol, at least things have changed, Im impressed the police actually did something, im so happy there are police that will actually do something now 😀 its so much better than what i got, the police out right told them I had called and done a statement, Then i was told it was perfectly normal disaplin and i should behave myself and do as im told and not break the rules, then i wont get disaplined in the first place. To be honest i would have never even reported it if the doctors and my teacher didnt make me do it as i said to them it was pointless as its my own fault for breaking the rules, but alas they made me. And i was totally correct it was totally pointless, !! the shock on both the doctors and teachers faces when i told them what the police said was hilarious 🤣 oh my crime i shut a door too loud, no i didnt slam it i just shut it too hard, my punishment my spine fractured in 5 places 🙄 granted the police were correct if i hadnt shut the door too hard i wouldnt have been punished so yes it was my own fault, however after been told by both a doctor and teacher that i must report it , only to be told by the police what i said all along left me very confused, seriously what was the point in making me report it if nothing was going to be done other than me getting punished again for reporting it 🤣

The Mom in the red shirt is absolutely vile. I feel so sorry for her daughter who still defends her and begs the cops not to hurt her.
The dad saying "Did my kids call?" sent chills down my spine. I could feel the anger and rage hidden behind this calmness, that if he left without being separated from those boys that something bad would happen to them
Having a bad day, suffering with the deaths of family members, or even having mental illness DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT TO ABUSE YOUR CHILDREN, ever.
Absolutely nothing but the whole entire truth....I have CPTSD and if I slip and snap, I'm devastated! It's only words, but the way I can say a thing would make a person cry, so I hold myself accountable with my sons....They deserve my best regardless of what I'm going through, they are amazing and aware and are very protective of my mental health, as I am about theirs, the world doesn't need any more angry men with Mommy issues.
@@ItsAllLove4Real Absolutely, as a parent you are the very bridge to your child’s upbringing and how that bridge is paved and how they’re taken care of crossing that bridge will effect them for the rest of their life.

Mental Illness may not be a right to do so, but it is more understandable. Not saying that it's right or anything, but when someone is in the midst of a mental breakdown, they have no control of their actions. That's just how crazy works.
He is clever at coming up with answers but still did enough stalling on answers that was'nt obvious to give him just enough time to think.
How the fuck did the first guy only get Probation (especially on only 2 accounts when there were three kids) when he has a track record of child abuse?
F-ing florida. Some states allow child abuse and call it "discipline". Notice how the two time offender picked up words from his previous court appearances "disciplining". Piece of shit. The older the state... the older the laws. Florida/the south and the midwest are notorious for this.
He makes his kid rub his back and sht. What a fcking weirdo.
I hope they at least took the kids away
They probably didn't, most calls don't even result in arrests. Calling 911 or cps does nothing - a kid who had to report his father more then 6 times with nothing happening
My dad gave my sister a black eye that had to be covered with makeup for school the next day. Older sister and i feared for our lives growing up with him around. School caught on, cps and cops were called. Even with the extra questioning of me, my other sister, and my mom he still got away with child abuse. Two months of supervision by my paternal grandpa and no contact. Didnt change a thing after the two months were up.
Child abuse should be a mandatory jail sentence, and tell everybody in there what he/she did.
How many times can someone be charged with child abuse before they get the children out of there into a safe and loving environment? I feel horrible for those boys.
Same problem in the UK, it corrupted the system

So you have a boy (17) who says he is afraid of his mom, no one in the house likes his mom because she is a dramaqueen. The house and car are owned by the great grandmother. But oh no, the grandma decides it needs to get handled internally??? And even guiltblames the son?? Get that freaking enabler out of that house too!!
The fact the 3rd child called his mother out, recognising the lying and trying to get away with it to the police breaks my heart, children shouldn't have to be their parents moral compass. What a wonderful kid.
I hope those 3 boys at the beginning are safe. Shame the dad got off with just probation
It’s really telling how his major initial concern was not whether the alleged events happened, but who made the call. My mom dated someone like this when my sister and I were kids and he was just like that. First he pointed at our mom, and then at our grandparents next door, and then eventually to us.

This whole video shows TWO different types of moms. One who CLEARLY cares about her child’s wellbeing and future and one who CLEARLY DOESN’T and got behind the wheel DRUNK with her child in the car.
Exactly and also probably back we with th e m sickos.
The fact that Eric’s grandma cared more about her daughter than her own grandchild, HER LINEAGE, THE ONE THAT WOULD TELL STORIES ABOUT HER FOR THE REST OF HIS NATURAL LIFE, that says that there’s something else wrong.
This is why blood ain't shit. Biology means very little.
Family is who ACTS like it.
Yup, my Grandma was like that too. She'd watch me get abused day in and day out and called me ungrateful when I said I was uncomfortable living under those circumstances. Later on my mom told me she planned to evict my Grandma and steal her money she put in the house (both bought the house but only my mom had her name on the deed). She told me I was trying to start shit and that I was a looser son and grandson. I moved out as soon as I had a job and place to live. Not 1 year later and guess who got kicked out of the house 🤪 now my Grandma is suing my mom and I'm just eating popcorn the whole time lmfao like honestly if my Grandma stood up for me I'd have been a witness for her against my mom because my mom is an awful person. Cheats and steals from people. But nope! Never heard a thing now :P
It was her granddaughter tho so I’m thinking she didn’t really care about her either all she cares for was herself she didn’t want to ruin her reputation and her families reputation in my family so,etching similar happened and the saying was “if no one knows then it isn’t happening” so I’m guessing that’s what was going through her kind as well

Yeah it took me a second to figure out what was going on once the drunk mom showed up. Pure chaos but the cops handled it perfectly. I laughed so hard when the kid snitched on his mom (rightfully so)
I have to say it was slightly funny hearing the actually good mom going nuts over her kid nearly being it and how she does both a good job of ensuring he gets the point but also making sure he knows how worried she was

“We can’t go back in there” 😢😢 those boys especially the one in the jersey, and the one thrown. Praying they’re ok.
Yes, praying for these children- they were obviously terrified of their abusive dad
I really really hope they were never reunited with their dad. 🙏🙏🙏
@@1976mcfarlane thankfully they’re all of age that courts would absolutely not send them back if they requested it. But praying the justice system works in these boy’s favor for once 😭🤞🏼
Did the stup*d idi0ts give the give the kids back this THIRD time he got caught abus*ng them?!
Stop giving kids back to horrible parents!!!
that last one was brutal. She will never be able to be a teacher again with that child abuse charge. DONT DRINK AND DRIVE PEOPLE. C'mon putting your life, your baby and others in danger. SHAME
Michelle is one of the most bizarre interactions I've seen...She needs a mental health eval.
That grandma was unbelievable talking to Eric like that. She should be ashamed of herself for sticking up for her daughter. Disgusting
Exactly
It’s sad that these kids are more mature than their parents. Some people shouldn’t have custody of kids.
Fr, don’t understand why people even have kids just to treat them like shit.
A lot of times- not always obviously- but my experience is you gotta mature early cuz the adults are trash.
@@Bdfhvj yeah, but sometimes people grow up thinking abuse is the answer
As someone who grew up in an abusive home, it’s a survival tactic. Our brains now we can’t afford to be naive and act like children so something clicks in our brains where we just start to mimic the good parts of the adults we see. My first memories are of consoling my mentally abusive mother bc her physically abusive husband hit her (but she didn’t leave before he started hitting me and worse)
Thay little kid in the back of the car has some balls to call his mom out like that. Good kid.
She has nothing to say but hasn’t shut up since she popped up off the couch
“They called the cops on their dad?” No, they called the cops on their abuser.
Yess
fr a dad is someone they should go to and feel safe but in this case there is no dad at all
The one living literally rent free in her kids home is just crazy, it doesn’t look like any of the words the police or anyone are saying are going into her head.
She was definitely tweaking on meth. Washed her hands 2-3 times. Turning random burners on and off on the stove. "Reading" a paper on the table all of a sudden for 2 seconds before doing another thing. Poor kids put up with it too "you can come back tomorrow but just not now". Because they know she'll eventually come off the meth high. And it wasn't even a mega meth tweak you'd see online but just enough to be blatantly obvious.
@@Sonic-gy7kq it's a sad situation, but also
cop: she started eating a tangerine
boyfriend: yeah that's her game
LOL
@@Maxbtwshow Thats her son...
One of my best friends had a mom like that. They didn't call police on her and just live switch her being completely unstable for years until she died a couple years ago. All three of her kids are grown now but the scars they carry from her aggression are deep.
Why is the elderly Mom, (the owner of the house) living in a tiny shed in the back!? Eric should live with Gma in Gma's home! Crazy Ma needs to go straight to mental helth hospital for a hold and evaluation straight from jail. If either of my kids so-called "spit in my face" they would get slapped and learn not to ever disrespect others
Hope that teacher loses seems like a real nice son she has. So sad
Did he poop his pants!? I’d be TERRIFIED if my dad beat me and simultaneously would shit himself
It was a lie, obviously.
@cdes1776 it's a lie?! So he lied about shitting his own pants when he puked? Wow great detective work there bud...
@@TheBigLubelsky you know what you can do. Know it all
"I'm not talking to you!"
Proceeds to NOT shut up!!!
“My attorney just died, James Evans off of Daytona beach, lobster fishin” 🤯
Second call. Cops didn’t keep everyone separated. Needs more training. Grandma kept interfering. Sadly mom’s charges probably got dismissed and she’ll never get the help she needs.
Why did William, the first man, get so many chances? He had a case in 2012 and 2015, yet he still had the ability to get ahold of his kids again and again. At that point, there’s a thing called a pattern, and usually that tells you he needs to be neutered as to not make any more walking punching bags, as well as get him a jail cell with a 6’5” 229lb man named Bubba, who’s feeling quite romantic at the moment.
With any amount of luck , he will go there with Bubba and pretend they play football - goes in as a tight end and comes out as a wide receiver . This man should be locked up for life .
At the 31:45 mark, the cop really asked that kid “How old you is?” There isn’t a minimum intelligence level required to be a policeman there?
The first one, why would you allow him to have his kids back?? Second one, you done messed up telling her that Eric called them.
Why the hell were they letting those crazy women run around the house screaming nonsense while they were talking to Eric?
Wow that first guy is so tough on kids but a whiny crybaby with the police.
Yep. Typical bully.
Yep. That’s what bully’s do.
Right? I thought the same. Like when the kid described him as very huge and imposing and then there was this fat gollum whos fighting his tears lol
If a child is calling 911 for help because a parent is abusing them the cops should spend less time with the back and fourth with the abuser the kids word takes precedence, just arrest the parent
17:25 the dog is like " So which one of you are taking me for a walk?"
My mother, in a rage, broke everything possible on our kitchen. I don't remember how old I was, but do remember that I stayed in my bedroom all day. Only 1 plastic cup survived. It's a blessing to become an adult and not have to be around people like her anymore
"I don't want to talk!" GIRL WE ARE NOT EVEN TALKING WITH YOU?!
I don’t care if you’re tired or overworked. That doesn’t excuse being an abuser.
With the second case, the cops did a horrible job by letting the grandmother keep going in and out or the boys room, and intimidate him. When she told him, "shut up, and dont say anything you'll regret later", that's basically a threat for him to stop talking to police. The grandmother should be arrested for impending an investigation, and threatening a minor
Every Child deserve Parent's but not every Parent deserve a Child!!! My Heart broke for the three Brothers!! How scared they are🥺.
My parents beat me constantly and dcfs didn’t care nor did they do shit sick. I hope these poor babies get the fair chance in a great life and a wonderful loving homes ❤😊
@@lovemerealbadd i'm so sorry that happened to you🥺.
@@lovemerealbadddid you try and tell others that could do something? Like police, teachers, friends parents or trusted loved ones that weren’t aware of the situation. I hope your doing fine now ❤
@@Fluffy_B1u3_p0t4t0 I know you comment wasn't directed at me, but a lot of the times even if they told someone they don't help most of the time unfortunately. I've seen many cases of cps and police believing the parents story compared to the kids. Like my aunt hit my cousin with a boot and my little cousin hit back but the cop was going to take my cousin to jail. Even though there was proof of my aunt starting it and leaving a bruise. Family tries to help, teachers ect. Unfortunately she can only leave when she turns 18
It always annoys me when the cops tell the suspects that their kids were the ones that called. Most likely they’ll end up back with their parents and it’ll be even worse because of that.
"I don't wanna talk!"
For someone who doesn't want to talk she has a lot to say 😂
I am almost 45 now. But I wish I had the power to call the Police everytime when my Mother beat me up as I was a child. This is following me every time now. I'm in mind with these Kids.
Just wanted to let you know that you did nothing to deserve it. Abusive parents are repulsive and against nature, I'm so sorry that happened to you. Wish you serenity and peace in your future
Right :/ People would call the police and my siblings and I would lie through our teeth because we generally feared for our safety if we told the truth. One of the first things in the first video the kid said "Can we please get out of here" that shit really resonated with me. Went down my spine. I felt that sh1t. Then one of the only other things the same kid said was "He's not gonna like police all in his area". The kid is only concerned about how all of this is going to make his dad feel and the consequences his dad will dish out. God I hate abusive parents. I pray hell is real for these people.
When you have abusive parents who emotionally and physically abuse you,it affects you for life mentally.Been a victim myself with my mum who emotionally abused me,as a child, and as a adult. The scars maybe not visible, but they cut deep In your soul.💔 Sending strength, peace, and healing vibes,
to all children/adults of abuse.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I was beaten up as a young girl on a daily basis often, caned, beaten, you name it. I am expecting my first baby - a little boy and promise to love him so very much and give him the childhood I didn't have.
@@user-ne4oh8lg3k I know what you mean. I am happy, that I became no dad. Because my futured-ex-wife often beat me up too. My children have to look with happy eyes to their childhood, not with sad eyes. And because I want the devorce the Kids will be sad. Now I have none.
“Throw up and poop my pants” is my new favorite phrase
The aunt that came in and interfered and says the kid is looking for problems is a POS. The cop never should have let her come in there and try to manipulate her nephew.
I love the little kid in the last one ratting out his mom😂😂
Yeah I don’t understand why they told the woman her son called. As a dispatcher that’s a no.
The kid of the drunk mom in the last clip is very intelligent for a kid his age
Cops were total goofs
@@RollingRoadEFI They were clearly a bit chuffed from nearly being rear-ended and were just barking to escalate to get to the inevitable arrest. Could've gone better, but the end is the same.
Not knocking the kids intelligence in saying this, but it's likely more a loss of innocence thanks to his raggedy mother. Children in these toxic relationships with their parents tend to act far more mature than their age cause they're not allowed to be children.
@@Cloverkitty Sadly that's accurate.
The wildest scene I've ever seen lol. Worst mom and best mom together at the same time. One kid being the parent. Other kid getting his ass reemed by his parent lol so wild. I feel so sorry for the 9 yr old. Those other kids though got a huge smack of reality when they almost got hit
"GET OUT OF MY FACE." This woman is crazy man. She was literally crying.
“Your Xbox is gone for a month!”. Smartest thing any of them said.
Eric has the biggest set of balls out of everyone in this video
not them showing the cop stepping in dog shit and then walking into someone's house with the boots still on 😭
Lmao
