At a trial you can't bring up the defendant past crimes during a crimal trial at least that is the case in the US. You can during sentencing after the person is convicted. Since she actually never stabbed anyone those charges would be minor. Her fathers involvement could not be adreesed at her trial unless he was a codefendant during this trial. He would have been charged before rhe trial began. Trials with these kind of charges would not become a media event unless they lived in a remote rural area. so another failure on your part to present a cviable story
