- The S-Waver 200 is the latest offering from River2Sea. Bigger than the 168, it pulls giant bass out of the depths. It is available in a variety of fish catching colors. We recommend light trout or rainbow trout to start.

The Glidebait has taken over the swimbait market the last few years. For many anglers, gone are the days of baits like the huddleston deluxe, osprey, or other soft swimbaits. These baits have been replaced by hardbaits like the S-Waver, Deps Slideswimmer, and other jointed swimbaits.
Its not that softbaits have lost their effectiveness, its just that its so much easier to chuck and wind the glidebaits.
The S-Waver 200 bridges the gap between fish catching and spending a fortune for a swimbait. If you want to get into the swimbait game without spending hundreds of dollars, the S-Waver 200 is your bait! Its budget friendly bass fishing with big bass potential all rolled up into one!

Definatley one of the most entertaining bass fishing videos i've ever seen, i had to watch it almost 10 times!
Golden State Bass Haha, thanks! We're glad you enjoyed it.
Caught my first bass over 10 on the 200. She was 11.02lbs. Caught her about 3 weeks ago. Thanks!
Way late to the party but this bait has incredible drawing power. My first trip I dedicated to throwing the 200 I was at a loss for words at the number of fish in the 5-10lb class that this bait pulled from the depths and cover. Ended my first waver trip with a best 5 that was over 30lbs. Even with fish that won't commit to eating this bait has still revealed its presence, that's huge! Can't beat the price either for a gliding bait.
Isn't it awesome?!? I'm glad you got to experience it for yourself!
Loved it. The music. The fish. The slow mo. Everything! Great video keep em coming!
Also being from cali this is one of my favorite anglers. Great video guys. Like the music
One of my best glide bait....proofing since it was born...good job River2Sea....
🏆🏆🏆Matt and Tim please 🙏🙏🙏 do more of these videos, there so Incredibly motivating, perfect timing with the music 👊👊👍👍
Please do more vídeos like this one, i'm from brazil and i love this type of vídeo, my dream it's catch one bass
Wow, what an awesome vid! For the price, the S WAVER is BOSS! I've always enjoy your informational videos and have learned a lot. Thanks and keep them coming. Tight lines.
Man oh man, I wish there were fish like that in New York. Awesome video.
+Dave Fenlon Thanks bud
You guys should make one of these for the 8" trash fish!! This was SICK!
Hey guys! I hope that you guys get some kind of royalties, or have a sponsorhip with River2Sea because I just bought one because of your recommendations. I know that others have done the same because of you as well. Keep up the great work!
Thanks Joey!
Good to see that you are back. Great vid!!
Your videos are freaking awesome!! I'm definitely buying some of these this weekend during the tackle warehouse holiday sale.
Thanks Victor! We really appreciate you watching! If you haven't purchased yet, following this link or one of our others to get to TackleWarehouse before ordering is much appreciated! bit.ly/2cTYYUa
TacticalBassin - will do definitely want to support you guys. Just so everyone knows sale is on through Tuesday.
Thank you Victor!!
How often do you and/or Tim ever make it all the way up to Shasta? Would be interested to see a nice vid made from you guys on the keys to fishing Shasta for some Giant Spots!!
Sick Video!!! I have always enjoyed watching your videos. Top notch stuff right here!!!!
Question... i know you guys throw some of those monster glidebaits as well off camera. Are you still doing braid to leader for baits that are 10ozs+, if so, whats the setup and what's the knot? I don't have enough faith in my leader knots to make the leap quite yet.
Do you sand or grind the joints down at all for a wider glide or do you keep the bait stock in that sense? Thanks
hey guys, just want to say thank you for all the beautiful knowledge you share for all of us passionate outdoorsmen. I just picked up my first boat last week and plan on spending a lot of time fishing the CA delta, was just wondering if you or anyone had a preference on which color s-waver to throw out there! :) thanks!
Still love this Video. The Banana S-Waver 200 has fallen back under the radar again
man this video was epic! i've been waiting forever for a new video! good work guys!
Hey guys, could you recommend split rings and after market treble hooks for the 168s??
What line would you suggest for a beginner swim bait fisherman? I didn't know if I should use 20 lb seaguar flouro or 50 pound braid and tie flouro leaders? I'm only going to be throwing a few smaller swim-baits like the shell cracker G2, MS slammer and the s waver. I was also thinking just a normal bait-caster and a heavy action rod.
I notice a lot of high pressure, blue bird skies in your video. Is this a preferred type day for big glide bait fishing, or just your typical California weather you just have to deal with all the time? Also whats the best time of day for it, or is there one?
What’s the best time to throw the waver?? Like seasonal or water temp range that kinda thing.
Great video! What depth do you like the s waver in?
Was Tim using an old okuma guide select swimbait rod in some of these clips? and if so what power H, XH, XXH ?
A learn lots of things from all your videos matt. From delta ca
I'm glad to hear that. More to come :-)
Great video dude!
Badass video ! Music is perfect ! Keep them coming 👍
dtkrob Thanks! Will do
Any of these clips at lake guntersville?
Hey Matt, do some instructional videos on how to throw the S-Waver effectively, I think it would be very helpful!
I second this.....I don't know how to retrieve this type of bait to make it swim correctly.
Agreed! Your videos in the past where you get into the details of what you're doing are top notch.
Agreed…Talk about what to change when your having days where they're coming all the way to the boat but not committing. Ive had soooo many followers but no one will eat it
This video was just about sticking fish and having fun with the S Waver. The educational glide bait video is coming. Keep an eye on our website so you get the text along with the video when it hits.
Song?? I'm hyped to go fishing now lol
capo916 Glad you liked it. The song is listed in the bottom left corner of the video in the first few seconds. I believe it was Rontavian Mack Fall Asleep
what do u guys think about duo onimasou? Have u tried it?
we just picked up four of these.
Would u tie a loop knot on this bait.?
I noticed you guys set the hook so hard with this bait, is it because of the thickness of the treble hooks you run on these baits?
Yes, the hooks are large as are the fish that eat it so its critical to bury the hooks
Like the other poster said, Please do some presentation videos on cadence and such.....ospreys, swavers , huds etc...Thanks man great vids best stuff on YT. You guys been up to clear lake lately? I haven't been there this year...
Thanks for the feedback. Those videos are definitely coming. We've been waiting for the right time of year to get the footage we need. As for Clearlake, we're both up there every week. :-)
going with the light trout 200. thanks
+Richard Clavelle Great choice!
Just amazing. Love it!!!!!
Thanks for watching!
In fishing swimbaits, do you always sweep the rod when setting the hook? Seems like all the hooksets in the video were sweeps versus up and back.
We sweep treble hooks and SLAM jig hook baits.
Awesome. Thanks!
What is your favorite way to work the s waver I've had great luck with it but wondered how you use it. Thanks
Brody, we use a combination of slow retrieve and twitching. There will be an in depth video explaing/showing how we work the baits coming soon.
Matt / Tim - When you guys fish the Delta. Where do you usually launch out of ?
Usually B & W.
Just great!!!!!
What up matt and tim dig the channel keep up the good content. Let me ask tho the s waver snapps or no snapps
+Josh Rhoads no snap
So u tie it straight to thr bait? Some people use a snap or rings to give it more action as you know just want to learn
Thanks for the responce as well
+Josh Rhoads were familiar, we just don't do it. That muted, ugly action gets amazing bites
@tacticalbassin what finish do you recommend... looks like I saw a salmon or trout color?
Matt likes a color called “light trout”, he says it looks like a lot of different things.
@@richardbossman9875 thanks! Gonna order one today and give it a try!
so do you set the hook with these or a steady wind?
Cole Crocker Definitely a good hook set
Got hooked up with a northern today but it got off I'll get em next time
Matt, Please make an updated Braided line video.
You guys should do a serious wakebait video. Everything I need to know!
Nice video...
I was wondering what color to use in my local lake. Its mainly got pumkinseed sunfish black crappie and some trout but visibility is about 2 feet its more of a pond
Like they always recommend for any body of water in any part of the world when talking about colors.... lite trout....
what color would you suggest for stocked rainbow imitation: lite or rainbow?
Rainbow... although lite rainbow isn't far behind.
Let's see some magnum spots.
Hey Matt, have you ever tried the Deps Slide Swimmer?
Yes, I've spent some time with the Slide Swimmer. There is no doubt it catches fish but personally, I've yet to see a time where it out fished my other glides.
Man you guys are bad to the bone! Loved the video and that bait! Keep em' comin' guys God bless
+Brandon Swanson Thanks Brandon glad you enjoy the vids!
Do you fish the swaver 200 directly on the line tie or do you use a swivel or snap?
Always tied direct. Great question!
+TacticalBassin Thank you!
TacticalBassin, do you ever use any snaps or swivels on any swimbaits? I personally think it's more risky than rewarding in action
Never! Will use split rings if necessary but never a snap.
NICE VIDEO IMPRESIONANT!!!
Sweet video, I plan on going to Clear Lake in the next 2 to 3 weeks throwing swimbaits I have 20 pound sunline sniper fluorocarbon I see you recommend 65 pound braid with the 25 to 30 pound monofilament which braid would you recommend ? Thanks an keep making these dope videos
Suffix 832 is pretty awesome, used it for 5 years now and never failed me
Sunline FX2 braid is good stuff too
S-I-C-K! I am so jealous! Fantastic fishing and looking forward to the promised video for technique ;-)
Great video
How does this have any dislikes?
6 people that are dropshotters for life.
Kyle Schneider ain’t nothing wrong with drop shotting lol, caught a 9 pounder off a dropshot in a tournament.
Jealousy
Probably because of that damn thug music.
Because of that disgusting, horrible, shit music!
3:40 Just CHEEZIN'
LOL
SICK !!!
What kind/size hooks and rings should I put on an s-waver 200?
We recommend 1/0 of this Owner Treble... bit.ly/2cWpeyw Coupled with size 5 of this split ring... bit.ly/2aTH3f1
What line do you use to throw them?
Thanks Guys! We are working on a how to video. @ Travis we use 65# braid to a 25lb or 30lb mono leader.
Awesome vid.
Could you imagine seeing these dudes roll up to your Friday night pot tournament?
Yeah that would be smokin
What color s waver do you recomend for imitating kokanee?
Just found out they have a kokanee color. Out of stock everywere though
I believe its a discontinued color but they JUST released a new chrome/scale pattern that would be perfect.
Wat depth range are the 200s shines at...?
finestyangable They shine anywhere from the surface down to about 15 feet.
Amazing!
What pound line are you using for that?
We both use 65lb braid to a 30lb mono leader.
Perfect thanks!
TacticalBassin New subscriber here, would you say the 200 is best overall size and what color do you think would be best overall for dark and Clearwater ?
Do they use a split ring on their S-wavers?
Tie direct
TacticalBassin OMG, thank y'all so much using my S-waver this weekend in a tournament
Omg!! It's real !
i love s waver
what color do I use in South Florida?
+Richard Clavelle Light trout is a great color, even in lakes with no trout. Bluegill is your other option that should work great!
Beast!!!!
Sick video!!!
awesome video bro keep it up FishOn!..
Thanks Manuel!
What song is this?
Nostalgia
Very good video as for people like me I would be grateful if you could go through ur set up I don't think it will take much of ur time. Would like to have the correct set up and hopefully get those pigs too
Thanks once again
joe law thanks! To answer your question I use a Dobyns 806H (8' Moderate Fast) and either a Calcutta 300 TE or a Revo Torro 50. Reels are spooled with 65 lb braid with either 25 or 30 lb mono leader. I use the Blood knot to attach leaders. Head over to Tacticalbassin.com and click the "knots" link for a how to tie video. Make sure to click the subscribe link we have a "How To" video for glide baits in the works. Thanks again for your ?'s and hope this helps.
806hsb. For Hudds we use the 807 Mag HSB
They talked about the setups in the video..... All you had to do was watch and listen....they even link the gear in all their videos.... Doh
How do I get to come fishing with you? Haha I would sell my truck to fish cali for a week haha
Bad ass video!!!
What color 200 do you recommend for Ohio?
Light Trout
Thanks!
Nice
tacticalbassin What's your rod and reel (line) setup?
Read description......
This video is so legit
Impossible dreams made possible
Song name?
Rontavian Mack - Fall Asleep (Feat. Jaem)
Awesome thanks! Great vid love tacticalbassin been a great site from the start.
The video is Great but the music DROOLS !
This makes me want to throw a swimbait so bad.
Thank God y'all don't play the music anymore
Striped bass>Black bass all day everyday!!!!
DeltaProMaster Lauj striped bass are fun but it gets boring after a while, it's always the same while black bass fishing is different every time u go out
Jacob Miller it's obvious that you haven't caught anything big.....the little 2-4 lbs black bass is nothing compared to when you hook into a 20, 30, or even 40 lbs class striped bass that literally increases your adrenaline by 10 times. And just to let you know I've done both types of specie fishing in the CA delta river system and locating striped bass is always a challenge due to their natural tendency to travel unlike black bass where they tend to hang out in the same areas.

DeltaProMaster Lauj Don't get me wrong striper fight like crazy, it's insane. But black bass (at least in my region) don't sit in the same spots all the time, they move around a lot. I enjoy catching black bass over stripers because it's fun to try to figure out what there biting on or relating to. For me it's not actually about the fight that makes a fishing day for me, it's the fun in finding big bass and catching them.
Aren't Bass known to cause cancer in the State of California?....🤣🤣🤣
oooo im 666, hurry like again!
I'd like to watch your video but your music is awful. If you can call it music
Music Sucks!
What color 200 do you recomend for clearlake?
Light Trout or Warden
