I finished the 2 week program and i was happy with the results even if it’s not much still there is results but i felt demotivated after I went to my grandma’s house and my aunt told me that I gained weight💔
Let's be real. Unless you are very very skinny you will not get abs.

2 weeks straight was like WOAH. sometimes i just feel like our mind gets best of us and we don’t wanna do it so we just give up, i wish it was like every other day BUT i think it’s pushing us!!
It rly depends on what works for you. In weight training for example you cannot work the same body muscle every day because that wont allow the muscle to rest and grow, so you wont see results. The best thing is doing every other day legs, for example, instead of every day. However for abs some people like doing every day, some people like doing it every other day, and that wont necessarily lead to better results (abs is very focus on diet too, just doing these exercises wont lead to an actual defined ab) so if you’re gonna do this, dont worry, do every other day, or do it consecutively 4 times a week, the results will come with dedication!!(always keep in mind different people have different body types and results will vary from person to person).
Letícia Araújo thats actually not true. Training the same muscle groups every day actually makes them grow much faster. Dont believe what the fitness industry says. Look up nuclei overload theory. Doing full body workouts every day will get you results fast and i know this because ive done it. Thats the same reason why people who use the same muscles everyday for work have them very well developed. An example of this is fishermen in africa that have really muscular physiques and thats because they use the same muscles every single day. If you want to learn more on how to build natural muscle quickly look up Team alpha 3d on youtube he goes in depth on why working the same muscles every day makes them grow insanely fast.
I workout every single day . I do 3 sets of 50 squats and 3 sets of 50 pushups plus abs and shoulders. I also hit the back muscles with pullups and biceps. It seems like a lot but i workout twice a day for about 40 mins each session. The key is to have high intensity and drop sets are the best for that. You want to pump as much lactic acid in the muscle as possible and youll see how quickly those muscles blow up its insane

No hate at all, I just want to clarify for everyone panicking because of her measurements:
They are most likely measured incorrectly;
- string stretches so the measurement will be smaller by default, when you accurately measure you never tighten the band! It needs to sit losely without you sucking in or tightening it extremely
-most people measure their hips at the wrong spot, where they are the smallest (right around the hip bones). Now while this is technically also your hip, the classic measurement is taken at your BIGGEST spot (so middle of your butt). That’s why her 29“ measurement is technically correct and incorrect and the same time. Im guessing in classic measurement she’d be like a 35-36“ hip
Lastly, please don’t panic about your measurements anyways 💚

I'm on day 11 of chloes 28 day ab challenge and I've seen a difference already...I've lost an inch and a half around my waist/stomach area and I can see ab lines forming (not major but they're there 😂)

I want to do the challenge, but I wouldn't want to lose weight cause I barely have a butt anyway, and I don't want to exercise if results only show if you've lost weight as well
Those before and after pics looked more like no-flexing vs flexing+shirt lift+shadows enhanced pictures. Just try tensing your own muscles vs not tensing them. There's a big difference. This is a fairly common trick within the bodybuilding community.
No doubt her mind improved from the experience, but I highly doubt you can achieve any visible difference within a few weeks. Even if she got more muscles, it's not visible because the fat on top still covers it.
Note that losing weight is different from losing fat. Exercise can increase muscle, which is healthy and consumes fat, but increases weight. Gaining 5 pounds of muscle and losing 8 pounds of fat is a 3 pound difference on the scale when it's actually a 13 pound difference.
In addition, some people might try to show you progress by showing you they lost 5 pounds. There's a trick to this as well. The body can lose a high percentage of water and still function. If you sweat or urinated a lot and you don't replenish the lost hydration, you can lose 5 pounds in water weight. The specific number changes. Experienced boxers use this trick to fight as a 150 pounder when they're actually 170 bounds by dehydrating themselves when their weights get checked then chugging gallons of water afterwards. Movie stars like Hugh Jackman get dehydrated for shirtless scenes to make their muscles seem leaner and pop more.
So, there's a lot of tricks to manipulating a before and after photo set. Slight differences in photos aren't trustworthy.
no way! I just completed her challenge today actually! It was a long 14 days but I saw some major results, I can definitely tell I got stronger as the workouts got easier. It definitely slimmed down my hips a bit too! I would seriously recommend doing this challenge, it's so worth it!
