This was such an amazing journey through the culinary culture of our beautiful land. The trip with its detailed commentary was so informative. Ur skills as a narrator really impressed me. As for the restaurant “mehman and mezban” it’s such a cool concept. The name itself is so inviting. Very homey and down to earth. Love the presentation of the Buffett in the clay pots. Conveys the authenticity of the restauranteur. Food presentation itself was enough to make me wanna grub 😅 really tasty foods. That bbq combo pot made me hungry. I could see the large grill on the side cooking up some fresh cuts 👌 Can’t wait to try. The whole vibe there was really chill and relaxed. Great ambiance matching the locale. Great interview with the restauranteur. Such a knowledgeable person. I found their all in house approach to ingredients and sourcing very reassuring. I really wish them all the success and a fruitful living. This made my heart full watching all the effort on ur part and the restaurant and staff, making this project a success. Keep it up.
