Very nice get up of waiters in Sindhi Ajrak, which really enhances their outlook and hats off to the owner, who has given a new idea of serving food in desi village environment. I am sure, many people will copycat this idea and establish their business away from the rushing and congested atmosphere of cities.
It's not only Sindhi people who use these things, but also people from the Saraikey belt. The owner seems to be from Dera Ismail Khan, which is my hometown, so I am familiar with all these things. The most talked-about dish in Dera Ismail Khan is Sobat, which is a local specialty and quite popular. Furthermore, such restaurants already exist in D.I.Khan.
I forgot to mention Desi Murgha Sobat here in Dera Ismail Khan is available for 500 PKR/Person lolz, so this dude making good money from his native dish.

We went las Sunday 31/12/23.. worst experience.. Waste of money... I did not make complaint to the Manager at the spot but on this page.. I request you that please dont show off. Every dish has no test.. cold.. full of soda.. nothing served fresh.. Tea is like a water.. Kya kahon.. Service is also poor. Environment is, thus, pure desi.... very costly.. my son ate only half roti with salan and we paid 1500 per head (5000 plus tax) not worth to go.. No recommendation

Amazing village ambience, very nice but I heard the food is average. They should also focus on providing good food taste which is the main reason I go out to eat, though village ambience is important but only once - but if the food is tasty then I'll come again and again.
