1:25 Incase somebody hasn't figured it out yet, you don't need the statue to do the reset thing, you can do it before that. I was able to do the same things few chapters earlier using the magical gold coin tree before defeating Victor and getting the key to the statue chamber (reset legion arm, reset p-organ or reset stats), just click on it again after you collect the gold coins.
I was so aggravated when he said you have to wait for the Statue to respect level PE Oregon and Legion arm I was like do these people not really play the game or do they just run past the absentmindedly and they only do it for the views cuz you can do it at the tree and I was like I better check the comments first cuz at least one person has to have noticed that he said what he said and that it was wrong LOL😂
You do not really need to use the statue to reset your level. I used the golden coin fruit tree to do so. You still use the fruit to do it. Though you can do it at the tree as well. You just have to have no fruit available on the tree to do so.
I completely missed the pray gesture. I forgot about her and went to visit her after the arch bishop boss fight and she was turned into one of those carcass and told me it was too late😅

I didn't get the archbishop paper for Cecile until after I defeated the boss, so when I came back to her she already mutated into a monster and I lost my opportunity to get the records and gesture.
I used guide today, on NG+, to get all weapons and gestures. Turns out, I only had to read a letter that I already had (for gesture) and weapon was in an clearly visible area...that I missed on both my runs, lol. 😢 Also, thx for the apple. I honestly did not see that singer. 😂
There's a statue at the little chapel before the bridge where the corpses and puppets are fighting that if you pray Infront of it gives you humanity (lie points)
You can redo your stuff looooooong before the statue, if you "harvest" the gold fruit tree, interact with it again and the menu to change your level, P-organ, and your legion arm. I think that's accessible after the Black Rabbit fight, so if you wanted to redo anything before the Grand Convention try the Golden fruit tree.
Only the last trinity key is bound to the final door. The others can be done in any order. So you don't need to progress the game past chapter IV to open the door if you kept the previous one. But I'm sure I'm not the only one who didn't find the first door and kept the key Also, this amulet is perfect for chapter 4. I died so many times to fall damage there... I don't know why it took me so long to find the shortcut to the elite if I expected that to be the shortcut the moment I saw it... Nor I know why didn't I just buy a bunch of fire throwables to kill the elite... Throwables are overpowered
If u don't want to go through all that to change your lvl after chapter 5 / beaten the rabit brother u unlock the gold tree and you can do the same thing there
but, the respec is also unlockable using the golden tree and is much easier to obtain all you need to do is click "x" than wait 2 second than you have the same choises fo the statue. If u want a build before Champion Victor you can do it there
I like the combat in this game, but for me, the one thing that holds it back is the lack of hyper armor. It's frustrating when you're in mid-swing with a heavy weapon and you get stopped in your tracks because the enemy nudged you first.
I doing a TMD run now. The crit is really good and has FA that increases it, plus the Satisfaction Grindstone just melts health bars no special grindstone needed. I'm doing NG+
This was added in the first update so people could respec early in ng+ I'm not 100% sure but access to the tree is open from the very beginning in ng+ onwards
You missed something for number 3, if you use the pray Gesture at the statue of the one winged angel before the bridge entering the cathedral you'll gain "humanity" or turn more human as if you lied.

Am I the only one who has been able to respec at the tree? Every one of these videos has been talking about the statue of mercy, but I was able to respec at the tree before I even started the chapter the statue is in.

I just level it up for farm >,< Also there is hunter amulet +1 in ng+. Together are like 15%+ ergo. Sadly you can use normal hunter amulet and +1 at the same time
The phone that starts the riddle is in the start of the factory. That key you use for the church trinity one. But there's like 4 different phone riddles
Don’t feel bad I pretty much fucked over every single quest line since I powered through the entire game because I just wanted to see what the next boss was going to be. You can always go through in NG+ and get all the stuff you missed. This kind of happens if you don’t follow at 100% guide on UA-cam
Why does no one ever mention after collecting coin fruit, investigating the coin fruit tree again gives the the same options to re-spec does no one know this?
This was added in the new patch which still isn’t available on Xbox (console or pc gamepass), update released on steam pc and ps5 already tho. Itching for that quality of life change tho

As a side note there is actually two places to use the bright red apple: the lady in the room or a golden statue on a lower level of the same building. Not sure the difference but there it is!
So playing the game finally, but so far my only complaint is how linear the game is. Now, linearity isn’t inherently bad, but in a game with shortcuts, etc, it feels kinda silly to have these shortcuts when by at least opening the other door in the hotel, there’s only one way to go.

didnt get a trinity key at the phone, you must have got the riddle correct the first time...and the key you get isnt 'for chapter 4' its a trinity key, that can be used on ANY trinity key doors.... you got a trinity key, you could open any of them.... calm down mate
There is a trinity key you get before ch 2. Before going to the stargazer at the end of ch 1, make a right and you will hear a phone ringing. Answer Human and you will get a key that will be used for Ch 4.
One of the devs is a SERIOUS Batman fan. We have the Riddler and Bane as interactable NPC's and no one seems to recognize this and I find it weird. I'm curious what other Batman references there are.

The only item I missed on my first run was that weapon in the chapel you ride the gear to find. I've almost finished my 2nd run & almost level 200.

Been looking for someone who’s bothered testing the Tyrant dagger. Noticed early that it’s only blade I’ve found with crit rating on it
a guide said it’s best paired with the two dragons boss weapon and that the dagger IS NOT to be overlooked
I prefer the trident boss weapon, it also has crit and the range and fable arts are amazing
Tyrant dagger on the city longspear handle is where it’s at

You can actually respec way sooner then the statue. Just pick the fruit at the Golden Coin Tree and then interact with it again...

it is part of the "old cryptic vessel" you get from Hugo at the "Barren Swamp Bridge" Stargazer.
