Totally agree. They’re sort of in a limbo state (like Sevendust) between mainstream rock and metal. Too metal for the rockers - too rock for the metal heads. Both camps kinda like them but neither REALLY embraces fully. They’ve carved out their own little niche.
@@planetxmetal I agree. I go back and forth on whether I consider them a metal band or just a rock band. They have the down-tuned guitars and riffs of a metal band and they sometimes use faster tempo passages (the beginning of Dead Batteries is a great example) that sound like modern metal, but they also have the huge choruses and overall song structure of a rock band. Don't really know what to call them. One thing is for sure, they've had better riffs than most rock acts for years.
See? A good band can make a great hard rock song without having to scream. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of these guys before, but I’m sure as hell gonna learn more.
You phrase it like screaming in a hard rock song is a bad thing. Is it not to your taste? Or perhaps it's because it's over-used in the hard rock space?
🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
LOVE Nonpoint
I need me some nonpoint live! I hope they come to NC soon.
These guys always bring the fire every time they play live.

1:43 - This is the sole reason why I love Vengeance. That angrier, growly vocal performance is all there.
I do love Nonpoint. Those guys ARE really nice.

Good stuff brother!

Song gets better and better the more you hear it. 🔥
