For the Business Analyst role, domain knowledge is the first important thing. If without domain knowledge by using IT knowledge you can select as a BA, but its very hard to survive in project.

Nowadays mostly freshers' mindsets were they need a big company with super-duper package but they don't have an interest to work. Don't waste your time and someone else time by just going to the office and wasting time. Do something which you really need to do :)
I am a Civil Engineer, B.E graduate 2019 passed out. I have started my career as a Site Engineer (9k salary a month) in May 2019. At the end of 2021 I realised, being a Civil Engineer in India (as a working professional not business oriented) is a total shit. But I didn't give up on my profession. So I applied for a PG diploma (Construction Project Management) in Canadian Colleges and I got an acceptance letter and started the process. In December 2022 I ended with multiple rejections in VISA even after having a good percentage in my B.E and no career gaps.
What does a civil Engineer get in India?
No leaves working nearly 28 days a month. Irregular work hours sometimes we end up staying nights in work site for 18k/month even after nearly 4 years of work experience. Should I really want to stay in this profession only because I love this???
As Sayings "New year New beginnings" I quit my Site Engineer job and Now I am studying Web development Course.
*Not every Civil Engineer is willingly shifting their Career to another domain. They are forced to choose another domain in India.*
There will be scarcity for Civil Engineers at the end of the year 2028-30 and Hope the Government will look into it.
bro why you dont try office jobs like planning,designing using autocad and other softwares after you quite the site engineer ...i am also a 2023 passed out and working as site engineer .....i need ur guidance bro...i dont want to waste years and time
@@arulvinu3956 I can’t give proper guidance on Design Jobs, But I have friends working as Design engineers and now, the numbers are few. Because many people shifted their career from Design to IT. Design Jobs are Good and you will a better pay(but not a great salary) than a Site Engineer. Your earnings will be consistent raise in Design Jobs not as IT Jobs where you will get 10LPA job at the end of 3rd year. Where in Design you will get 10LPA after 8 or 10 years.
