Really need guys like you getting the truth of this bike out there, people just dont appreciate this bike enough. Im keenly looking for a 2018 model since past year
Even I love using top notch quality parts on my motorcycles. I have a pulsar 220 equipped with nissin master cylinders, brembo sintered pads, bigger front disc, racing synthetic brake fluid, kyb fork springs, X ring drive chain, all balls racing cone set, ceramic wheel bearing set and many more. Your videos are so informative for building bikes tastefully.
Very much true, R3 is an extremely well-built bike by Yamaha, due to the price as compared to RC390 it was not successful. Yamaha makes simple and easy-to-go bikes but extremely good quality. Just for example Tenere 700 (adventure bike). In 2021, with no electronics yet killer in European Market. Hoping to see in India soon.
Actually I'm a huge fan of tenere 700 its got ample power but its not the fastest its very purposeful but its not the comfiest but overall its a very good bike with amazing capabilities 🔥
The front possibly has springs and pre-load adjuster. The cartridge kit, you can't possibly get in 20k. Unless a used one. Lovely bike this. Brilliant in the hills.
Learning in stock hits different. Making bike track oriented is like making things easier to learn. Bone stock motorcycle should be pushed into its limits and ridden to the fullest. Exhaust is the only thing everyone need to feel the revs.
R3 is an incredible motorcycle. Does everything perfect for the road. The character of that twin is unmatched, and has got enough torque to pull like a train every where in the rev range This thing is sooo effortlessly fast one of the quickest bikes to ride in real life scenarios on road while being more comfortable than cruisers Always adore this beauty
Getting to watch such Insane Performance Mods on that too a Mad Machine like R3 through the voice of Mr.Abhinav is a pure Bliss , Thank you Man , keep Bringing such Contents ❤️❤️
Love the R3, those who wants R3 they never look at anything else. BTW I don't remember when was the last time your speed triple was seen on your channel 😄😄😄, also the statement I said holds very well for your triple as well. Looking forward to it, please share your exp with the triple sometime.
I am surprised how you get to see all best modified motorcycles (only one in India) i.e Himalayan from gurukripa, your modified xpulse, interceptor. Etc etc. It is Great that i somehow saw your channel.
Write this down somewhere, the R3 is going to be a collectible 10-20 years down the line and it's gonna be stupidly expensive.. So, if you get a good condition bike for a reasonable price don't let it go ❤
This how an experience and mature rider rides a motorcycle and also modifies one. Instead of installing stickers and useless visual mods this is how a bike should he modified. And you are right about everything you said about the r3 its price and the comparison to the ktm duke rc series. The reliability is second to none as i am an owner of r15 v2 for 7 years and v3 for 9 months. I wish to own an r3 one day. Please do a top speed run if possible. Good video waiting for the next one 👍
I know this is an old video not sure if I'll get a reply from you Abhinav. I'm looking to get my first motorcycle that I can make track oriented, does the new R3 makes sense compared to RC390?
@@abhinavbhatt thanks for your reply kind sir, appreciate it. Would look at getting test ride of the new R3 soon, have ridden the older one not the new one
Rc390 makes more sense you know for ttack use all the elctronics , engine nature and the way it handles makes it superior. The R3 is a great motorcycle but it feels more of an sports tourer
@@SarthakShivajiGawari agreed, if only the current R3 came with the specs and tech like the Duke 390, I would have picked it anyday. Aprilla looks promising, but I'm a little concerned after watching it rank near bottom of Fortnine reviewing best motorcycles. KTM sounds promising, and a VFM, but looks like the new RC won't be launching this year with the 399 CC engine.
Still waiting for the updated bike to be launched but it might never happen. But we've seen a new enthusiasm in the market for premium bikes quality products maybe Yamaha will seize the opportunity and launch the 2021 iteration soon.
I’m really a huge fan of the R3 . I’ve one deal in my city it’s of 2017 or 2018 model maybe and it’s for sale at 1.8lakh but the thing is it has done 43k on odo . So I’m confused even if i get it i must need to give it a major service maybe after a few thousands of kms . And 43k odo even if i plan to sell in future it’s odo would be even more and the selling price would be even worse . So should i get it or keep on looking for another deal ? Kindly clear my confusion brother :/
Ya bro i saw that video but i am requesting you to do separate video on that dominar USD suspension . Like how much does it cost & how you installed on intercepter
Ah.! The good old inline 2...One of my favorite motorcycles, but discontinued !😢 Saddest part is Yamaha doesn't give a flying fudge about it's Indian fanboys who love all of the lineup and dream to buy one...🥺
Hi Abhinav do you recommend Brembo master cylinder for CBR 650F I have already installed Frentubo kevlar brake lines which makes the braking damn good, will Brembo give me any additional benefit
@@abhinavbhatt I was thinking about RCS 19 as it has got three modes of braking so wanted something better but Brembo doesn't recommend RCS 19 for Floating Calipers and CBR 650F Calipers are floating but few guys abroad have still installed the same. You can ride my R15 (it's got 2 cylinders, makes 42 hp and looks menacing, but people think it's R15 🙂)
We need a review of that Interceptor next💯
I've done performance videos on it. They pretty much cover it.
Actually I loved your tail lamp with indicator on the interceptor. From where did you purchase it ?
Ali Express.

only one question, why not a BS3 RC390? If it was all about a smaller capacity track tool.
Personal preference I guess.
