    This little video helped me more than you know I have 4 carabara queens will separate and have a wild colony close and i can get some workers now I think I have a chance of getting them started will not keep these in captivity but let them loose in my Ant Zoo backyard with plenty of room for all Thanks Subang

    The biggest ant where I live is Camponotus Herculeanus with queens reaching 17 mm its just that the workers are extremely hard to tell apart from the formica species that also have red thoraxes. I live in Newfoundland

    It's probably Carebara silenus, the smaller version of diversa

      The thing is do not put different carebara species with carebara diversa queens

    I think the queen you got was Carabara Affinis. Not Carabara Diversa.
