ALL life is precious. People who would do that to an animal are just as vile and IMO should be prosecuted the same way. Many people don't value life and if they act upon that, they should be put away and not be allowed to walk among the rest of us. Anyone who could do something like this cannot be rehabilitated. I feel strongly about this. Let them rot.

I can hear the pain in Aprils voice. Im sure she was traumatized. I think if youre homeless and you go through so much crap in your life and then you find a baby like that, thats A LOT for anyone to process. Im sure it was very emotional. I hope these people know they matter and did something amazing. Not a lot of people care to investigate noises, and not everyone would have looked in the bag. April is an angel i hope she knows that

This Human that threw her infant in a dumpster and left the infant to bleed and freeze to death has no rules to follow. She didn't care enough to PLACE THE INFANT IN THE DUMPSTER, SHE THREW HIM LIKE AN OLD RAG. DIDN'T CARE IF HE WOULD BE INJURED AS THE INFANT FELL IN. She tried to get visits with this CHILD! ! ! NO VISITATION until the child becomes of Age, 18 or 21 in the State he lives in. One meeting with the LOVING PEOPLE who raised him. The boy may NOT want anything to do with HER or Her SIDE! SHE was working and going to School. . .like many absent fathers. . .the RULES should be the same. . .PAY ALL MEDICAL BILLS from birth to adulthood. . .maybe send a card once a year. . .no contact!
My reasoning comes from the last season(s) of Sally Jessy Raphael Talk Shows and Phil Donahue Talk Shows. They had these TEEN AGE GIRLS on who had a baby or two and never went back to Jr. or High School to Graduated. The DUMB TITLES were: "I DIDN'T NOW I WAS PREGNANT"! a "M E S S"! Girls parents kept taking the teenage boy(s) and their Parents into COURT over and over. . .a Vicious Cycle :( :( The teenage girls left the baby(s) with their mothers to raise while they went out PARTING with their School Friends. . . . . . . .
Sally Jessy Raphael had one Show where Sally's Staff found the biological mothers to these Adopted, now Adults children. The "horrible" "vile" "hateful", "evil" things the biomothers said to "the" UNWANTED cast offs and how these "females" did it with every baby she had. . . .sad!
The News said the last couple of years United States Birth Rates have gone down considerably :) :) I was hoping all these children in Foster Care had a chance to be put with Caring, Loving, families who would raise them in safety? ? My Opinions.

@@ednaloftin361 I checked youtube Today and there are a lot of Sally Jessy Raphael's TV Shows just published 4, 5 months ago and 1 year ago. Also Phil Donahue Shows with teenagers getting pregnant on purpose. Some smart-aleck teenage girls PROUDLY stated: "Pregnancies are a Fashion statement in half the schools across U.S." "Families Feuding Over Pregnant Teens" (1995). I was working back then and didn't get time to see Sally or Donahue. I was SHOCKED at the 12 year old, 14 year old getting pregnant on purpose :( :( The FAMILIES FEUDINGS. . .WHEW! I tried to find the Show Sally did before she went off the air about 8 or 10 teenage girls who made a PACK to all get pregnant together so they could have their babies at the same time. . .? ? ? ? BREAKING A RECORD for the most teenage girls getting pregnant at the same time and delivering at the same time. Those girls were the most Disrespectful, Smart-Alecks and . . . .:( :( :( I quit trying to catch Sally's and Donahue's Shows. This ALEXIS AVILA Case brought back my memories of Sally and Donahue back in the 1990's.
Because of their Shows SUBJECT, teenagers getting OUT OF CONTROL, GETTING PREGNANT, etc. their Shows were CANCELED! :o What did the TV Stations put on in their place? ? ? MAURY POVICH and his DNA Tests to find out WHO IS THE BIO-FATHER and JERRY SPRINGER and ?PEOPLE? Couples, FEUDING, fights, throwing furniture and etc. SORRY! However, numerous politicians oppose sex education due to their religious beliefs and push the wrong narrative that it's teaching kids to have sex. Many teachers won't touch the topic, because they're afraid of backlash. Perhaps if abortion weren't so demonized, people like this young lady wouldn't be throwing actual newborns into the trash. You can drop an infant off at any police dept, fire station, hospital, dra clinic, or baby boxes(typically within 72 hrs of birth, but some state give 30 days). They take the babies no questions asked! You dont have to give any personal info unless you want to. They wont try to talk you out of it or hassle you. Why people dont use these services confuses me. You dont have to throw a baby away if you dont want it!
