Josh is not going away. He keeps surging ahead, just like when he is running downfield. He has that instinct. his style did not fit the Vikings methodology, but he will find a fit - or the good fit will find him. He'll be back, better than ever.
Dobbs masked a lot of CBJ shortcomings. I wish nothing but the best and I hope that he has a good and fruitful life. he was one of the most classy players I ever met at UT.

But they to scared to start him for fear of being wrong about him. And you gave a guy 240mil! And the Steelers gave you a guy who may save our season he ain’t flashy just has these spectacular moments

Steelers are in a good spot at the QB position. Dobbs and Rudolph will fight it out for the next couple of years. It will be interesting to say how they measure up to each other come spring training/pre-season in 2019. Rudolph will have a full year under his belt. That will be a battle to keep an eye on. Ben may be, as well. ;)
Now Dobbs is back on the Steelers after being on the Jags and he still hasn't become a starter yet. I really do hope Dobbs takes over for the Steelers after Roethlisburger's retirement.

Those two winning seasons wouldn’t have happened without DOBBS! there could be a highlight reel alone on 3rd and 15 or 3rd and forever...and Dobbs said this is mine, I am keeping it! And a highlight reel alone on QB keepers in the red zone to the pylon! Airborne!! Dobbs and Hurd were the only consistent threats but Hurd evidently didn’t like Butch Jones....maybe Jones’s schemes. I don’t know, but what is evident, Dobbs graduates...following season UT has a losing season. It’s just a fact in the SEC, big talented o-line...success with a decent QB. Undersized o-line...the QB has to be able to use his feet many times through the season.

Living in Knoxville from 2004 to 2018. Dobbs was the best quarterback they had during those years.
