the moment I heard it in the game's ending I knew it was special and after I found out it's the same one from the 1986 tv show I can only imagine how insanely amazing it must have felt for all the Asians who grew up with journey to the west
I'm watching the original show and I think it's super charming and honestly the quality of costumes is really good considering China was very poor in the 80s
I'm starting to get chills when I hear this theme so hopefully by the time the dlc releases I finished the show and I can feel a fraction of what you guys felt when hearing this in the game

This is truly the game of the decade, I have no doubt beyond my mind about that. Grand Theft Auto VI will still be really huge and will be GOTY and I have no doubt about that. This game however transcends time & space because of the story itself and how it has impacted multiple civilizations in Asia. This story will continue to be immortalized and now the entire world knows it. Truly this game will be one of the Four Classics of Entertainment in a thousand years. 11/10 for honoring the JTTW TV drama theme song.
Edit: Meant GTA VI, not GTA IV though that's still pretty good! Roman better allow Niko to play the new GTA VI when it comes out instead of bowling.
