They were all stunning with lovely little street views! The prices tho - it’s mind boggling!
I love the style of your reviews. Great job at covering properties.
Monthly costs should be another category to rate. That last one was ridiculous!
The first and the last properties should get 5 for natural light since the bathrooms have windows. I would never rate a 5 natural light for a property if the bathroom or the kitchen has no window.
My favorite was the last one! Thank you for your review.
I can't imagine paying 1Mil and not having in unit laundry...😮
Exactly.
Or a couple inches of kitchen counter space!
My favorite was the last one. I thought it was gorgeous. Love your videos; keep them coming. Shout out from Canada 🇨🇦 😊
I like the last one, but it's hard to have a favorite when you can't afford any of them. I will probably end up in JC, Brooklyn or IC when I move.
All of them are nice, but the last one - 🤩!
You still own with a coop, you just own stock in the corporation that owns the building and the rights to live in it vs. owning an individual title with a condo, but still being required to to pay into the HOA that collectively maintains the common areas.
Thanks for the detailed reviews of NYC apartment sales. The last one was quite special - plenty of room and very tastefully furnished. Seeing a unit furnished helps convey a more inviting environment instead of an empty white space. It still gets me that living in NYC requires an upper 6 digit income just to have a place to live and sleep! Always enjoy your presentations!
My one bedroom subsidized Apt is bigger than the first one with a full kitchen. My bedroom has a Queen mattress as well as a couch and a deep walk in closet. Unbelievable how that first Apt is almost $900,000 and I pay less than 200 dollars a month for rent.
Wow, lucky duck! Do you live in NY?
That last unit is classy. Very expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for!
New to Channel, I really like your videos... Good Information
Thank you for talking about the difference between a co-op and a condo....I was going to ask about it...I liked them all, but if money were not an issue, I'd make sure to buy one with in unit washer and dryer.
I really enjoyed this video I was unfamilar with West Village.
Wow
Ouch on the prices. You do excellent ratings.
Too lazy to walk from the first apartment to the subway at 14th and 8th 😢. One thing about living in the West Village was the walk ability up to 57th St. and down to the Battery. East to the East Village.Always a great walk. Subway not always needed.
Many, many years ago I lived on Washington St. in what was called West Village Housing. I can't believe how amazing the apartments look now; they have really done an incredible job. I do agree that the daily commute was tough in the winter; navigating the walk to the subway or bus took 15 minutes. I was a poor actress in those days and I have to admit to hailing a cab that I couldn't afford to avoid the cold. Great channel!
I love the last one but the price not so much
My favorite was the first! ;)
Solid choice! I wouldn't be upset living in any of them
They are my favorite ❤
would love to see apartment tour of ur apartment!!!
One of these days I will! I'm hoping to do a video soon touring a friend's apartment in Long Island City as well so I can show a little bit of Queens on my channel!
870.000 for that shoebox that doesn't even have a disent kitchen!
Only $870K for that first place? WOW .... I would have offered $10, 875,500.00!!! TOTLLY WORTH IT
What are those circles on the floors? Are they reflections from the ceiling lights?
Since these are 3d tours those circles are all of the different view points available for the space. When I move forward or backwards throughout the space the view is hopping from one circle to the next
Nothing new here, Rich people are the only ones that can afford living in NYC -Village
Shouldn't the 3rd have gotten a five for floor to ceiling windows? It did have a door wall in it behind the sofa.
Sorry . West 12th is NOT a half a mile from a subway station 😂 west 4 th station literally 5 min walk away
I don’t know why anyone lives there. It’s not all all that.
I’m sorry, but all those apartment look like garbage
Camera work is awful
Garbage properties. They all look like cheap rentals in Queens
Absurd prices for horrible units….
Last one is a bit over priced.
They listed it at only 2.7 but then there was a bidding war that made it go up to 3.4. Enough people fell in love with the unit and they were willing to pay a premium for it!
