If you ever come to Savannah, it's a MUST SEE attraction! You've gotta hunt for tickets (especially when the pandemic winds down) but they're not impossible to find, even if they've sold out almost every game.

Man I love teams and leagues that twist the rules of traditional sports to make games more entertaining. As much as I love serious games, scripted and exhibition games can always be fun for home crowds! Definitely a fan of the Savannah Bananas now!

I grew up in Savannah in the 70's when the Braves AA team was there. I loved Grayson Stadium. From your video I see they have replaced the WWE metal chairs they used to have in the box seat area.

This is crazy if loved them for years, even back when they were the sand gnats. The whole banana this was a huge gimmick they went for and apparently it's working:) btw the only stadium I've gotten foul balls at! I actually scaled the brick wall fence to try to go find a homerun ball once with no luck. Theres also a man there that sits behind home plate, who has his own plaque, and whenever they get a strikeout he yells "sit down in yo seat boy!" The place is heaven
